I came here on Fathers to have a nice brunch. That is the exact opposite of what my family and I got. We had a reservation for 11:30, and arrived just on time. We got a table around 11:45. We sat down and ordered our food. We sat there until 12:30, waiting for our food. All around us people, who sat before us and after us, were getting their food much earlier. It took us till 12:45, 1 hour after we sat down, to finally say enough is enough. We got up, put $10 on the table, and walked out. It you want a good meal with nice service, go somewhere else. Steer clear of this joke of a restaurant.

After eating a open face roast beef sandwich a few hours later I became very sick... Throw up and diarea!!!24 hours. That was Friday night 7-29-16 at 8pm. I was suppose to play in a wedding for my nephew on Saturday the 30th. Missed the wedding ! I practiced for months before ,all wasted time! The cook should be fired!! This is a quote from my 81 year old father. I was with him at the restaurant. My food was good though. these people really need to take better care of the food if they want to stay in business!

The food and service quality have greatly diminished over the last 3 years. Chef Mike is very popular there. The cooks reheat meat in the microwave for sandwiches and paninis and they always taste nasty. There has been on more than one occasion where the coleslaw tasted old and stale. Im not surprised to hear that some customers have gotten sick after eating there. Theyre taking advantage of the senior citizen community and they just dont care.

I am constantly greeted with "one" or "how many" no complete sentences and no proper greeting. Such as, "Welcome to the Heritage Restaurant, how many people will be seated today?" no manners no consideration. Its the text and disposable society. Absolutely no concern that I chose this faculty to eat in. Sadly this is my last time.

Terrible. Got sick eating their stew last night (2/23/15). Threw up twice in their rest room. The manager behind the desk acted as if was my fault, and was still charged me for the soup because "it was already in the computer." Suffice it to say we will never eat there again.

Was good two years ago now its terrible. Was not happy with the food, went back a couple months later and it was worse. I dont know is the man behind the counter is family or management but he is very nasty and talked bad about other customers.

Heritage has the best Blackened Bleu salad Ive ever had!! The beef is seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly how I like it...and filled with so many flavors!! My husband and I are faithful customers!!
