There are a series of reviews from the parents of my nieces and nephews about how poor the service is at this place, and it all specifically points to one person, the manager, Sandy, who displays amazingly poor attitude. My nieces and nephews had walked back many miles from the Barbour Pond Park and were exhausted and hungry, and were told not to spend great amounts of money. They were greeted (greeted being an overstatement) by the manager Sandy. One of my tired sons had briefly rested on the bar by the register and he was scolded by this action, but they understood, and began to order. Then she asked why my nephew was in her face even though he was clearly behind the line of the registers. They dont particularly care for Burger King but decided to give it a try. As we waited for our order, Sandys then started to gossip and point fingers at us and say things behind our back. They knew better than that!!! They than asked for a glass of water and were immediately rejected for it. The food was TERRIBLE. I couldnt imagine how someone could possibly posses the heart and attitude to treat innocent kids this way. Nobody should look forward to eating here, just take a look at all the other reviews!!! Please, please, please, dont dare eat here!!!

Worst BK ever. Not a BK fan but this one has to be the worst. Soggy burgers likely sitting for a while, cold nuggets, etc. Customer service is non existent. Facility is old and dingy. Would rate a zero of possible

If you are in the area this place is a great place to eat with the family and friends. Not only is there a BK there but they also have a POPEYEs Chicken. The staff is great at both places also.

Oh my...the parking lot needs resurfacing badly. The service depends on the crew working at the time. Its been fast and smooth, or unacceptable. Hit or miss
