Service is very friendly but the pizza leaves for more to be desired. A slice after being reheated was still very limp. The dough is a bit sweet and lacks the thin fine toasted crust that I preferr in pizza. There is plenty of cheese but it lacks the pull of a a good mozzarella. They might use a blend, but that just me speculating. Worth mentioning is that they do javelin a good deal if youre just looking to sample their goods. At $5 for 2 slices and a soda, what have you got to lose? Got the wings from here yesterday. Theyre not bad at $7.50 for 10 pieces. The crust is crisp and the order was ready in 9 mins and was nice and hot, served with blue cheese but no celery or carrots (maybe they forgot). But the wings were a bit small and the texture of the meat is better described as "lacking texture" than tender. Tasted like a pre-made Sysco product rather than something made locally. I think there are better options at this price point.

If I could give Sals 6 stars, I would. Very good pizza and wings, and a very friendly staff. They even threw in a couple of extra slices free of charge.

I cant say much about their pizza, but their wings are excellent, or as one reviewer says, "the banginest". Try them with their house made ranch.
