Although the restaurant was practically empty, my husband and I were seated in the back near the entrance. The wings were good and the waitress was attentive, however, a bit too attentive. Our order was timely and the bill prompt. Uncertain if she was being extra nice or rushing us out since she appeared busy and always monitoring our table. We paid with cash, she asked if we wanted change, I was there with my husband, I replied "no". It was Saturday night and the restaurant didnt seem busy, actually quite empty. A few of the staff members seemed idle and anxious and not in a good way. Most, if not all, were Millenniums (some are focused while most seem angry and always in revolt). A three star rating was provided since, I dont recall ever going out to dinner and being rushed out in under twenty minutes. Our car was parked no where near other cars by the restaurant. We left the restaurant and found two male waiters standing across from our car staring at it like it was gold. It was a weird experience and dont plan on returning ever.

The waitress service was poor...after the food was served she never came back to the table for NOTHING, not to see if we needed anything, to see if the food was alright...NOTHING!!! We had been finish eating for about ten minutes and had to look throughout the floor of the restaurant for her but she was no where in sight. I then asked another waitress and this man who we thought worked there to find her. When she finally came back my co-worker asked her where had she been and she sarcastically responded "I was around". She then said to me the bill is 26.32 (the change amount may not be exact). I had to ask her "do you mind if i see the bill?" Then she gave me the receipt. She needs training in good customer service slills!!! The food was fine but because of the service i would not make this restaurant my first choice! We also informed the waitress that we were on our lunch break when we sat down. As a result we were ten minutes late returning to work and we work at Grant & Boulevard....shameful!!!

We got delivery from this place via grub hub. Being as my husband placed the order, I cant critique it. So I will do so here. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. The Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was a chopped up chicken tender on some dried out macaroni. They may have waved a slice of cheese NEAR the macaroni but I couldnt find any actually on it. My side Caesar salad was soggy and bland with several brown lettuce leaves, no croutons, and 1 shaving of Parmesan cheese. The garlic bread had black pepper on it. My daughters Caesar salad had no dressing on it, which, given that it was probably made when mine was, should have been pretty hard to overlook. My husbands burger was subpar and overlooked. My son liked his food, so I guess I should be grateful for small blessings. We wont be eating from here again.

My boyfriend and I love to come in for their food, we never had a bad experience but tonight we came in and ordered a Large boneless wings and Cheese fries, she brought the wings but the fries never got to the table, when she brought the check the fries was still on our check so my boyfriend kindly asked her to remove those fries because we never got them, everything was ok but at the end when she brought the check she never said thank you or have a good day, she seemed busy but she needs to focus on her customer service and focus more on her tables, everything else was just fine.

Hostess and wait staff was friendly, but as someone who lived in Buffalo for about 15 years I cant say they lived up to their name. I was at one of their first restaurants in Columbus, OH when I was in college and the food was top notch, this was not the case. My friend ordered wings with spicy BBQ (not hot wing sauce), but got regular hot sauce. I ordered the beef on weck and for the price the quantity of beef seemed a bit meager and there was no kimmelweck roll, but a plain sandwich roll with a bit of butter on the outside. Definitely not living up to Buffalo food.

Horrible service at all times. Im a weekly customer. If I dine in, the waiter usually forgets atleast one to two thing Ive ordered. Also waits until 30 minutes after weve ordered to tell us theyve ran out of certain things that weve already ordered ...that were waiting on and also expecting for the past 30 minutes. If I try to do pick up, it takes at least 4-7 calls for them to actually pick up. If you ask, theyll tell you the wait time to come pick up. Even when Im 10+ minutes later than the pick up time I was told, food is still not ready! TERRIBLE.

Horrible service! Was seated then no server came. Another server came over and said they were trying to find out waitress. Our waitress only brought the drinks other employees brought our food, check, and boxes. Our waitress forgot to place our order for fries so they never came. Three different flavored wings were placed in one basket. Ive never had such an awlful waitress she never even came to make sure everything was alright. And no they were not busy it was Sunday night at 930 pm. I will never go to this location again.

This is the worst BWW Ive ever been to. The place wasnt busy at all and they seemed to be adequately staffed, yet it took them 15 minutes to get us a coke and 2 beers. The waitress did not know how many wings came in a order. The traditional wings we got were disgusting. The wings seemed to be re-fried. They were not chewable. When we alerted the waitress about this she said shell ask the kitchen to make them again free of charge. 20 minutes later no food, and not even a visit by the manager. just POOR MANAGEMENT!

Ordered online for pick up and the food wasnt ready at the time given, the "cheese fries" had about 3 pieces of shredded cheese and yes they were cold. The 18 boneless wings were all warm, not all had sauce in them and it was just bad. The Cole slaw was dry and I never even received my soda, but didnt realized until I was half way home. Ive been here to eat in plenty of times but this was my first and last to go order and maybe my last visit overall. Dave and Vusters for the games this year.. BWW lost its spot!

This is one of my favorite restaurants, I usually dont come to this location and unfortunately probably wont anymore. Our waitress barely paid attention to us, didnt offer refills, they burnt our quesadillas and just served the burnt side down (you could smell something burning as soon as the food came), the food took forever, the wings were cold, and the place wasnt even packed so theres no excuse.

Ordered kids burger , large boneless wings , fries and a sampler and 4 soft drinks ,waitress took our order right after she took the order for the adjacent tables . The 2 tables that ordered after us got their wings and we got up after waiting for 30 minutes and no food in sight . We were so hungry the hunger went away . It doesnt even deserve a star . What a bad experience.
