The worst eating experience to date in my life! The service was extremely slow. When we finally got a waiter he failed to write our order down and came back two more times to confirm the order. When the food finally came out my dish was ice cold. The table behind us was getting irritated the entire time with similar concerns. When I asked for a manager, the kitchen manager came out 15 minutes later and listened, half-assedly apologized. The waiter brought the bill and nothing had been adjusted. I sent for the manager again and informed him that I sent my food back and would not be paying for food that I did not consume...I mean I literally ate nothing! He listened and apologized again and took the bill. I have no clue what is going on in this establishment, but from the hostesses running around looking crazy and acting as bus boys, the very understaffed and apparently undertrained wait staff, and a clear lack of management being present, I will NEVER give a penny of my money to this establishment again and will ensure that my close friends and family do not bother as well.

I should have read the review before going here. As everyone said they seemed to be short staffed both times I went there. A lot of waiting all the time. Today I went there with my girlfriend and it was not busy at all but there was only one waiter working who was also in charge of the bar... the waiter came by 10 min. after we ordered and said it will take longer than usual since the manager is cooking the food because the chef called out... when the food finally came out, It was okay nothing special. After I paid the bill and left, my girlfriend asked how much was the bill so I told her the price and that is when we noticed we got ripped off. I assumed one of the entree was more than $10 but apparently it was supposed to be 8 dollar. My girlfriend wanted to clarify this so she called to ask them to send a receipt to email because I did not have the receipt on me. But they hung up on us 3 times and would not transfer the call to the manager.. I guess only thing we can do is not giving them a business ever again.

Very very disappointed experience tonight! This waiter named Anthony, came up to my table of myself and 2 other women very unprofessional and rude with NO note pad to take our orders. He said "I dont need that, chill"! That moment we got up and moved to the bar., when Anthony saw this he walks up to us and says "oh its fucke me huh"? Flabbergasted I immediately requested to see the manager who we waited another 15 minutes for. When he arrived (Manager Howard) was clueless and seemed as if he was so shocked but obviously could care less... as he dismissed us and said "sorry we disappointed you tonight have a good evening" ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I plan to complain at every level possible. Im a 38 year old mother of 2 and a army wife, I DO NOT appreciate the unprofessional and disrespectful way me and my friends were treated! I am DISGUSTED!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Arrive on Sunday at 7p.m. Told 15 minute wait for table - even though at least 1/3 of the tables are empty. At 7:30 - approach hostess stand where 3 young women have been standing around chitchatting most of the time we have been there. We are (what a surprise) immediately seated. There is only 3 of us.We are seated on one side of the building and there is only ONE WAITER for the whole side - but then again, people are only seated in the booths - not at the tables. We are told they are out of potstickers as an appetizers and blue cheese for the wings. We have not been at this restaurant in over a year because of the poor service and it looks like we wont be going back to this particular Fridays for quite a while again. Such a poorly managed and run establishment especially since this location sits adjacent to a large AMC theater.

There was about 15 people in the restaurant and the hostess said it was a "10-15" minute wait. When we got seated it took the waiter 10 minutes to come and it took forever for him to bring out our water. We didnt get our food until about an hour after we ordered it and we we ordered salad, soup and mashed potatoes. Not once did the waiter come and check on us the whole time we were there. He didnt even ask if we wanted more water. After our meal the waiter finally came to our table and just handed us our check and didnt even ask us if we wanted dessert. At the very end it took him about 20 minutes just to bring the check back out to us. Im very disappointed and will not come back to this fridays. The hostess and waiter were also not very friendly. I did not enjoy.

Food sucks which is expected at a Fridays but holy hell theyll make you wait 20 minutes for a table for two on a dead Tuesday at 4pm just to be seated in the most randomly half ass wiped table for a waiter who is clearly high, drunk, incompetent, or a combination of all three who cant even fake pretend to like their job or give a rats ass. The food will be served late and wrong oh and that Coke you asked for will be a water 25 minutes later when they remember they have a table. Ive been here roughly five times in my life and literally every time it has been the same load of crap. I pray with every bone in my body this dirt pit of a stupid chain restaurant will turn into literally anything else.

Dont go here unless you plan to wait forever. This is by far the worst Fridays I was ever at. The floors were dirty, long waiting time for the food, poorly trained staff. The restaurant was pretty much empty and we waited about an hour for our food....with no drink refills in that time, and only seeing our waitress 2 times during that time. They just kept making excuses for why the service was terrible. The manager seemed to care, he gave us 75% off our meal plus bought a round of desserts but waiting for an hour then getting cold/soggy food is just unacceptable. There are so many workers there and a majority of them were just standing around..I will never go back to this restaurant..

Empty restaurant on a Sunday night. Were not ready to seat us. Waited ten minutes after being seated before asking where our waiter was. Drinks (two waters, a soda, a beer) took another 10 minutes. No napkins, utensils, or small plates for appetizer without asking. Food tasty, but not worth the price. Burger buns look like what I buy at Wal-Mart, but squished, and the patties are pathetically small. For 13 dollars, way smaller portion than what Ive gotten at other restaurants, including McDonalds. Waiter took the plate right from under my dad without asking, while he was still eating fries off it.

Very disappointed in this location. The service was unbelievably slow we spent 2 hours in this restaurant only to receive overcooked, burnt food and no utensils. When the manager "offered" to make the food herself it took 35 more minutes before we walked out. Our waitress seemed completely dazed or high, she never even asked to refill our drinks during the entire 2 hours. I finally got up and used the soda machine myself without a single employee noticing. The restaurant was NOT busy and there was no excuse for such slow service and bad food. I would NEVER return to this location!!
