Me and my girlfriend have been dying for a good Indian Place to open in our area. Our prayers were finally answered when Mera Khana opened up last month! The food is so good and freshly made. The atmosphere is very laid back and the proprietor Ishmael is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. We came here on a Friday night with a bottle of wine and it was delicious and a oerfect start tonthe weekend. Next time we will be getting take out and bringing it to the nearby Berlin Brewery. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

I went here for lunch today and was pleased. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was nicely decorated and best of all the food was AMAZING! Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. If you are ever in the area you must try this place. They are located in a small strip mall by the Woodbriar Inn and the Berlin Farmers Market. I promise you wont be disappointed!

This is literally a 4.5/5 star restaurant! The food is fantastic!!! They used a lot of fresh herbs and spices in my meal (mixed vegetable curry). The rice was amazing and the owners are very sweet and highly knowledgeable. When my dish came out they said all the vegetables are organic and meats are grass fed. Im from D.C. and this place matches if not betters some of the best places there.

The food was amazing. Im not a fan of Lamb and it was tender and not gamey at all. Hard to even tell it was lamb. Everything was great. Not a bad thing out of the 6 entrees we ordered. Owner was the most friendly guy on the phone and in person. Had a nice conversation with him and will definitely be back. Only a matter of time before this place is packed. What a hidden gem.

The food is authentic, uncomplicated, and simply delicious. I was lucky enough to stop by during the soft opening and sampled a little bit of everything. All of the meat dishes were extremely tender, especially the weekend special biryani!! But perhaps the best thing about this place is the owners, who are so warm and inviting...definitely give this place a shot!

An excellent mixture of different spices make the food delicious. I tried several different dishes. I was not disappointed in any choice. I look for new flavors. This restaurant has definitely done that and provided me with a new taste experience. The meats are tender. The spices make the flavors penetrate the food. Excellent quick and wont dissapoint

Wonderful Pakistani food: fresh ingredients & delicious spices. The owners are the friendliest people you could hope to meet. They put a lot of love & care into their restaurant, & treat their customers like family. Id recommend them to everyone who enjoys a little extra flavor or wants to try something new. A+

What a great find. Dont think twice! Truly authentic Pakastani cooking by the owners wife. Ishmial, the owner, explains anything on the menu. Whether vegetarian or not, this menu is packed. We will definitely be going here more. See my pic of butter chicken. Unreal!! Very homey.

We love Pakistani food, and decided to give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised! This place is like a best kept secret. The menu is great, vegetarian selections as well. Samosas were amazing! Will be there often. Our new spot. The husband and wife owners are very kind.

Fantastic food. Full of flavour and the meat fell apart when I waved a spoon at it. I eat a lot of indian food and the Pakistani & Indian food available here is by far the best in the South NJ area. The food from here is essentially homecooked meals from the nice, friendly owners.

We called and ordered some food, specifying that it needed to be gluten free for allergen purposes. Not only did they use clean pans, but clean oil for the pakura. I was very impressed with the service, but even more impressed by how great it tasted! I will definitely be back!

Love this place! The food is delicious, you can really taste all of the different spices and flavors coming together for an authentic Pakistani/Indian meal. They also have great burgers and cheesesteaks with a fusion twist, which are perfect for my burger and fry obsession!

Dont let the location turn you away, the food is amazing. There lamb quorma was tasty and tender, the naan was soft. The traditional kulfi finished the great meal. The owner was super friendly.
