Upon arriving, we were seated immediately. The server took about 20 minutes before he greeted us, just to tell us that someone else would be taking care of us. We wound up having a bus boy serve us. You could tell he was not a server. Didnt ask how our food was. The manager rung up the check and if we had any questions, he didnt know the answer to. He didnt take the order either. Multiple people came over to our table. The manager who rung up the check, food runner, the busser. No server. Not professional at all. I even had a bartender come over to ask if the drink was mine.. and we were the only table there. Our actual server told us that he was "leaving," but by the time we left, he was still there. I dont think he wanted to serve us. Not sure why. The overall experience was terrible and because of the server and lack of service. Everyone was cleaning while we were trying to eat. Silverware was not polished. Food lacked sauce, as usual. Smelled like throw up upon coming into the restaurant. Terrible place. Dont go here if you want to wait to even be acknowledged, dirty silverware, people cleaning right around you, and lack of knowhow in general. Terrible experience.

I had a 5:30 reservation and even after a slow stroll and window shopping from Opera House got there 5. No problem, figured Id have one of the famous margaritas at the bar. Some restaurant bars are extension of dining room; same customers waiting for tables or maybe eating at bar. This was, simply, a bar. A lot of youngish guys who knew one another and bartender by name. I was the only woman. And way older. I looked and felt very out of place. They asked if I wanted margarita, I said yes. I later saw a strawberry version I would have preferred had I been told it was an option. Kept eyes down, sipped drink, halfway through they finally offered me the chips. They were very good, thin & crisp, liked salsa. I ate the whole bowl, probably a mistake to fill up but I had consumed half a margarita on empty stomach...

Honestly Olive Garden in cherry hill is adequate. The front end is delightful and cheery. Their half off wine while you wait is a major kicker. All you can eat soup salad and breadsticks keeps you wanting to come back for more. Their entree selections are limited and far from Italian, and their breadsticks well they are also far from and piping hot loaf of bread. I wish Olive Garden brought out an olive oil plate for the bread sticks. The interior, is nicely decorated, and can accommodate at least 100 people. With that being said, its like navigating during rush hour when they are busy. Service is acceptable, but far from awesome, and the prices just tell me to hit up south philly for some authentic Italian. Great for a family occasion, far from a foodies dream eatery.

Here goes my first bad review. One star because thats the minimum I can give. This places management sucks. I went with my wife and my one year old girl, and had to wait to he seated 20 minutes ( thats not unexpected since it was Sunday and the place had a lot of customers. We get seated, then got drinks, we waited and waited and waited, the table next to use with a group of people got served right away but we still waited. For about half and hour no one came to ask if we were decided or if we wanted something, nothing. We got up and left, no one noticed. Very bad service for mediocre food

They have just updated their menu offerings. I started with the minestrone soup which I found hearty and dense. Im avoiding the meats since my cardiac dietician was quite stern with my choices. Otherwise, the pasta fagoule couldve set the mood better. I fibbed a little with the string pasta paired with some good sized shrimps and Australian mussels dripping with diced fresh tomatoes and Brazilian-nut sized garlic in marinara sauce. Its like having a meal enchanted in Venice. The price was worth its glory. Have it your way. I wont blame you.

This place is a joke. My shrimp alfredo was so dried out, and when we asked the girl for a few extra breadsticks (on a take out order) she told us we have to pay $3.45 ! Last time I checked, its unlimited breadsticks when you eat in...and I understand they cant hand out 10 breadsticks on a take out order but come on..you couldnt give a few extra? And we picked up our $45 order at 9:50pm (they close at 10 oclock) so they were all going in the trash anyway! Never again. All so Olive Garden can save a couple cents on bread? Nice.

Went there for lunch with my mom today and the wauter forgot to put in our "to go order", the manager came out and apologized for the inconvenience and did not charge us for our lunch and also prepared the "to go order" for us to pick up at our convenience....ALSO FREE OF CHARGE! That is what I call superb customer service! And I place I will never mind spending my money because of the level of customer service....kudos to the GREAT MANAGER! #Shesgood

Absolutely adored our server, Dan, he was really informative, explained the specials right off the bat, and gave insightful recommendations based on our budget and tastes. The atmosphere was really cozy because of the warm color palette, Italian feel, and sunflower bouquets on the room divider and fireplace. The food was good and filling and definitely at a reasonable price with perks like unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks.

Joined the wait list online and it said 25-30 min. Came in and they told me that means nothing and have to wait 15 min for a table and it doesnt start until you check in... than whats the point in checking in online? Why even have that service. Very rude hostess.. but if you check online the check in says you skip the wait time. By the time we got there it wasnt busy any more. Will not go to this location ever again

For a Saturday,no wait. Got seated within 10 minutes. As the food started to come,my wife and our friend started to get water dripping down on them, and in their food.It was coming from the ac ducts from the ceiling. We told the waitress who got the manager. Solution was to move the table. No sorry, no replacement of the food no discount on bill. NOT acceptable.

Visiting from California. Food was deluded. My husband and I ordered our usual Chicken Alfredo. It came with very little sauce with little flavor. My husband reported that his soup had no flavor. My strawberry lemonade was perfect but that is because back in California I add water to mine to make it less sweet. I didnt even have to do that here.

As usual, food is what you expect, incredibly consistent. The chicken gnocchi soup was better than usual, and the serving staff was nicer than the Olive Garden closer to home. The dining area has more of the homey dining room feel, with ladder backed chairs, instead of those roll-y things anywhere else has.
