The food was amazing! If youre a French onion soup lover you have to get it in the bread bowl and order about 3 of them! My absolute favorite! The only problem why this is a 4 instead of 5 star is because it was my first time ever visiting a Panera bread not even just this location and I felt rushed because they were busy but I told them it was my first time there so I had no clue what they had to offer. Also, I had to ask where drinks were because I thought they served them to us, instead you have to walk all the way to the back of the restaurant for your own. Not ideal for someone who ordered ahead of time in a rush. Also, I had no clue where to stand to get my order, no one told me that either. There was a sign to look at with your name to know when your food was ready. She never asked my name so I couldnt use that either. I feel you need to explain to new customers what to do or where to go to make them feel comfortable. Another young gentleman answered all of my questions when I went back up to ask again and recommended some of his favorite items. He was very pleasant and made my experience better. I wish I had had him to begin with.

I work near here & go at least 2-3 times a month. In general, service is pretty fast, food is good. I find a new fave to be obsessed every few months. Ive had a couple of glitches w/ not getting what I ordered in my bag, but I should have taken the time to check too...it happens & its only happened once or twice. & even in saying that I still would have given it 5 stars except for the LAST time. The LAST time I went to this Panera it was an utter disaster. Like the worst lunch time experience Ive ever had. We waited almost a half hour for our food, it still hadnt come & the people that complained who were in line after we were, got their orders before we did. Im still only knocking off a star, b/c it was one visit out of at least 20. I still havent had the heart to return though.

Visited on 12/04/16) Late evening it wasnt crowded. However, when we pay with a 50 dollar bill. The gril went to her manager who was on the phone for too long. to approved? . We have to wait until she hang up and. her call. That was 20 min. Manager looks miserable and was apologizing too much to is us and other people. We finally, had our two soups and them two sandwiches. Bottom line waiting too long and everyone behind the counter looks miserable under her. FOOD Was Ok. I will have to think twice. I think i may go to Chiken Filet or Smash Burger next door in the Voohees area.

Took my 86 year mom here for a bagel on Monday night and they were out of butter! Wow ! Thats unacceptable ! I also ordered chicken salad without lettuce and because I had to switch my order to go I didnt realize that my sandwich had lettuce, I spoke to the mgr and he was really unphased by this issues ! Think twice before I go to this location again!

Placed an order at 8 oclock p.m. went out of my way to pick it up at 7 oclock a.m. three Bagel packs are not ready because nobody recorded the order so there are no refreshments for staff this morning because I do not have time to wait. But the hardest part was that the guy just brushed it off and act as if I did not call in the order.

Good food, but waaaaay over priced. I got a "whole lobster roll" and what i was expecting for 16.99 to what i got was very very very disappointing! For that price all i got was a 4"-5" roll. WTH... Will not ever ever get that again. Def wont recommend that to anyone. Not worth it.

Food is always at everyone. The staff is always friendly as well. But when your done eating you might need to use the bathroom. Just sorry to see that the every hour check here doesnt pass. Especially with barf all over the toilet. Yeah, you can tell its been there a while.

Food is what it is for Panera but most of the time the staff is just kinda there with no real "customer service". They take your order and give you your food but no interaction so thats what keeps me away even though I live a little over a mile away.

Got ourselves some empanadas, the staff is great and so is the food. Small seating area (about 20). They have guava juices and watermelon (plus others). The sauces are a great addition to your empanadas and would recommend the basil/cilantro one.

This place was ok. People working there seemed meh. For an early Sunday night, seemed like it was much later with the atmosphere. I was on my way home and wanted something other than fast food. This did the trick.

Decent sandwhiches, but I had the squash soup and it was a little salty for my taste. I really enjoyed the tea, and the turkey apple and cheddar sandwich. It really hit the spot and was overall a clean place.

The worst Panera Bread in all of the land. They will manage to mess up your order no matter how small or large it is. Want a bagel will cream cheese? GOOD LUCK! Want a pastry ring? BETTER TRY SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Much too expensive for what you get. Lobster sandwich was $19.25 with tax, chunks of lobster, no filler, but SMALL. Lobster was too salty for my taste. I did not like the "roll" either.

Awesome breakfast food awesome lunch food! Everything tastes so good! If your on a diet be careful! If its your cheat day then definitely go to Panera Bread it will be so worth it

Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately when I ask for things to be cooked well done (like grill cheese), they rarely listen to the special request.

Panera is a carb lovers dream. Bread bread and more bread. Broccoli cheddar soup is good and bacon turkey bravo is my go too but if given options I prefer other chains.

Very clean, they added to self ordering monitors, and you pay by credit card, also they have that little ordering vibrating alert machine when your order is ready.
