Food is good customer, service is and has been lacking the several times Ive been there. Similar to one of the other comments, the staff, of varying ages, doesnt seem to care that you are there. 5 people were working in the store and no one was manning the counter when we were in the bakery and looking at the pizza. When they did see my son and I, two staff member stood in front of us, now in front of the register and made eye contact, but continued to carry on with their conversation which wasnt related to the bakery. This exchange between staff continued without a greeting or acknowledging our presence or that we had been waiting on them to each finish separate conversations they were having with other staff members. Thankfully for them, their bread is good.

One of my all-time favorite go-to spots for hoagies. I recommend Cacias to anyone looking for a good hoagie fix. Jam packed, fresh-tasting, and priced well, the hoagies are delicious. My favorite is the turkey & Swiss, with cole slaw and Russian dressing. Their pizza is also delectable, and the rolls and desserts are simply the best.

Love their products, but this location states opens at 8am. I arrived at about 7:55 and waited for 20 minutes for the guy to unlock the door. He could care less that a customer was waiting. I left and wont be going back.
