The pizza hut in plainfield, nj (south ave) is absolutely disgusting!! The floor looks black, like it has never been cleaned, the register is the dirtiest thing ive seen! The plastic cover over the keeps look brown with dirt around the keys. The whole place looks dirty!!! They dont even try to hide it! Staff look like they hated there job, but what kid does. Definitely not going there again. I now have to drive a town over, which is pretty far from me just to get pizza hut. As for the food! Its a hit or miss, prob a lot more misses by what i read from the reviews below

If you want good Pizza I suggest going to Marias Restaurant, Alfonsos Pizza or Pizza Brothers these are all good pizzerias in Scotch Plains or Little Cesars Pizza which is located in Plainfield on Park Avenue. I agree with the rest of the reviews that the Pizza Hut in Plainfield is terrible. It took them about an hour or so to deliver my Pizza. The delivery guy is never pleasant. I can tell that they hate there job. Ive stopped going to Pizza Hut. There pizza is always soggy & greasy. I mean I expected it to at least be crunchy or crispy which its not.

Got a pizza two orders of breadsticks and wings delivered. Only the pizza was correct and when I called back to say my other items were not correct I was told my that what I had was what I ordered which we all know what plain breadsticks look like, sent new wings without a issue but very disappointed that both orders of breadsticks were different kinds then we asked for and they didnt solve the issue. This pizza hut will forever be shunned by local pizza eaters cause year after year it never steps up.

The worst place to order and is several times this happens to me that they take a lot of time to make deliver and today order pizza at 7:15 pm and at 8:30 pm i called them because the pizza did not arrive, and someone answers and tells me they could not Make my order until 9:30 pm because they were busy I call the corporation and they tell me that it was a lie so im so mad because they never delivered on time or put stupid excuses im no ordering any more from this place is horrible and dirty

Absolutely the worst food Ive had since Chinese food. The pizza was under cooked, greasy and soggy. The toppings were old, smelly and disgusting. The service was the typical ghetto attitude. "Watchu want?" is what the thug behind the counter asked me. Never again. Ill stick with home cooking for now. I work hard for my money and Ill be damned if this place will ever sees a penny of it again.

This has happened before but lately theyve been better but tonight had the same horrible experience. They say 45 minutes, you call after 1 hr 15 min and get told theyre not delivering your pizza because the driver hasnt come back yet. They dont have their own drivers apparently. Its frustrating that management couldnt care less.

Food is ok just like any other fast food restaurant i like the Pizza and buffalo wings.. If your from the hood and want something fast you go there cause other areas have good food but scotch plains and Westfield police are like Klan members. Go to get some food and end up in union county or shot!

Pizza is OK but the Delivery Service is a joke at best! I live 15 minute drive away from the location and the pizza always comes 2 hours later or more, gave them 3 tries already. Its funny also when the driver expects a huge tip handing me a cold pizza.
