Several NEVER checked on us after she took out food order until she brought out food out :-( My wife and I both had EMPTY Tall Draft BEER Glasses, my one son had an empty soda glass, my other son only had about 1 inch of his drink left & my grand son was almost done his drink as well. I asked her " Did you fall asleep in the kitchen ?" and she replied "Yes, I almost did". I told her I was NOT HAPPY about the fact 3 out of 5 of us had no Drinks and that she had not checked on us for so long. She said "Sorry, would you like me to get you more Drinks ?" I told her " No, Id like to see a Manager !" She walked away and a Manager came over to talk with me. She was Very understanding and agreed that that was not right for us to have been able to run out of Drinks and that we should have been checked on. I was so mad that I was not able to eat or even drink anything Else. The manager compt my meal as well as Dessert for us all because of the waitress doing Poor. The manager did state that they we not busy and ever if they had a 1/2 full restaurant it would not be appropriate for customers to NOT be checked on frequently by the Server. The Manager seemed very concerned and upset that I/we where not served in a better way. The waitress on the other hand I would walk out on if I had her again. Very uncaring about us. We where her ONLY customers.

My fiance and I got a gift card for here and decided to give this place another try, despite us both having poor experiences previously. Im sorry to say nothing has changed. Our waitress Lisa was lackluster at best. The drinks we ordered were alright, nothing great though. We started our meal with a half portion of potato skins. Thank god we each only had to eat 2, because they tasted like fat and grease, and not in a good way. Even the bacon had no flavor. For our main course we ordered a burger and a french dip sandwich. My burger was overcooked and, again, flavorless. The most offensive thing by far, however, was my fiances au jus had a hair in it. Yuck. It took our waitress a good 10 minutes to check on us again, and when we pointed out the unhygienic dip, she didnt even apologize, just took it to the back and brought out new a few minutes later, still with no apology. We never saw manager, and never received an apology. The sandwich was left on our check. Inexcusable. I wonder if they charged extra for the hair.

This is the worst TGI Fridays to go to. I went there christmas day with my family, 5 adults and 4 children, they wouldnt do endless apps for our table they wanted to charge each person 12.99, then when we got our food and it was cold so we had to send half of it back then they came out with the wrong food and the sizzling chicken & cheese was nasty. The cheese to it was literallly black because the skillet was too hot when it came out so it just burnt the cheese. Manager came out and didnt even take anything off the bill or do anything about what happened just said he was sorry. The waiter even added stuff that we didnt even order onto the bill so we had to send check back also to get it adjusted which took about 15 more mins. I do not recommend this location to anybody. Its horrible, i will stick to cherry hill location even if it is a little bit more of a ride, atleast well get our money worth.

After my second bad experience there, Im contacting the board of health this time. I took my three daughters there for a quick dinner. I spent most of the meal in the bathroom ( spitting up suds from my drink). As a former bartender there is no reason for a hard crystallized form around the top of the glass. Two reasons, the glass was served still in a soapy solution or the sour mix used was ancient. By the way u have to love the goggle reviews unless u search only the best to mid come first, nothing but advertising for there clients.

To start off we didnt get the fries we ordered until the end (when we were done eating) and we insisted on sending them back but the waitress kindly gave us the fries for free which was nice but we never got a box for it. We also didnt get 2 of our coleslaws that came with our meals. We asked for the fries and coleslaw every 1 time the waitress came by 5 times and still never got the coleslaw and of course the fries until we were about to leave. This is my actual experience at tgif.

Ordered food for pickup. Got there after it was done, waited 50 mins just to receive my food after I paid. The food was done and was sitting at the pick up counter. Unfortunately, the lady who took my payment said shes leaving and that someone else would get our food. After asking employees that passed to please help, 50 mins went by before someone helped me. The food was cold. Worst serves ever, will never step foot in this establishment again!

Food was way over cooked. Ordered a burger rare and I could have used them for tires for my car and the buns were hard and/or stale. The waitress was extremely nice and right on point with our service and after telling her our disappointment she immediately got the manager who came and talked to us. We recieved 50% off our bill plus free deserts. Wont go back there until I find out if they get new cooks. Wait staff and management were perfect.

I RATE A -0! DUE TO THE FACT OUR WAITRESS GIANNA HAD VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER, SHE BASICALLY LOOKED AT ME LIKE SHE DIDNT CARE. GIANNA AND HER MANAGER TALKED ABOUT MY TABLE AS IF WE COULDNT HEAR OR SEE THEM! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISPLEASED WITH A PLACE IN MY LIFE! I HAVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE 16 YRS OLD NEVER WOULD I TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT WAY PISSED OR NOT! HATE YOUR JOB ? QUIT!

Been here twice now. 5 minute wait for waiter to come both time. Got unlimited apps both times each time they were quick fresh and litteraly absolutely delicious. Main entrees were perfect no problem with them whatsoever. Clean bathrooms as well and the waiter was really chill. Its Thursday at 7 and its not to busy so its perfect for me and my girlfriend. Perfect for dates and not to bad on the wallet waiters name is paul

Theyre very inconsistent. I get the same thing when I go there and it is bad 2 out of 3 times. Im hanging it up on Fridays. Whatever you do dont get the green bean fries, they definitely arent fresh and they taste like old recycled grease. Dont be fooled by the cucumber wasabi ranch dressing, its still gross. Everything was extremely carelessly and needlessly greasy. They used to be better.

Horrible and rude. My son 7yrs old order the mozzarella sticks from the unlimited apps and not touching any of them we decided to go home since he was sick and we asked for a box for his food and they told us no. They said apps arent allowed to be brought home. He didnt touch them nobody touched them so they insisted on throwing them away. So angry.
