First i have to say its been a while since Ive been there but My experience was very good 1st my waitress Amanda was very excellent !! It was a busy lunch Saturday.. she took very good care of us n it was a large order for 4. She was pleasant. And also checked on us very ofthen we didnt have to call on her for n e thing .. she watched our table n automatically new if we were out of n e thing. N we had a brief conversation with her. She was going to college soon. At our time there was great so when us girls did our Saturdays shopping n lunch this was our spot. ONLY if we had Amanda as our waitress . It was a while after that. That i went again with different friends n i ask for Amanda they said shes NOT waiting tables today shes in the other side doing some training.. i told the hostes that im sorry but will b leaving . She said wait one min... she pulled her out of training n let her check in just for US ... i was so happy n relieved. Cuz she made our experiences their great n she made sure our foods were cooked good n were fresh.. we never had a problem.. Sadly to say i went back once again n Amanda was gone so i decided to try it n e ways.. Omfg !!! Food was NOT what i ordered waitress couldnt comprehend what we wanted ( whats on the menu ). N no water n no napkins dirty silverware. N i had to keep trying to track her down. Some food was cold n i had to keep asking for salad cuz she came to the table with a small bowl of salad to share among ourselves.. they need to hire people who r experienced n people friendly n who want to work.. Amanda... ur missed..lol good luck in college... might try this again still debating..

Thank you for cheapening your brand and lowering the quality atmosphere chasing pennies. I am extraordinarily disappointed that you have lowered yourselves to the level of Red Robin and Applebeese. I will be adding you to the list of no goes as I couldnt enjoy my meal with the yelling child behind me playing on your stupid game device. Instead of inventing ways to chase pennies how about you improve upon the quality of service or the food? Its ok chase the $1.99 you get from the parents too preoccupied to handle their children but my family will be dining elsewhere for now on. Extremely disappointed Extremely dissatisfied

My family and I ate there a week ago and while it wasnt our first time at an Olive Garden, or even the first time at this one I was really impressed with our waitress and everyone working as a whole. It is very much like the TV commercials, this lovely young women comes up and says "Hello, my name is Kristin ill be your server this evening" She was very nice and was even very patient in dealing with my mother who still insists on trying to read a menu without her glasses. The food is what you should expect from an Olive Garden, tasty and plenty of it. But the service was really good and worth going back for more.

So I thought I would give this place another shot beings though they just upgraded and it wouldnt smell like dirty rugs anymore!! Boy was I wrong.so I placed my to go order at 4:30 they said they would put it in for 5:00. I showed up there at exactly 5:00 and the young girl at the front called to the back for my order. I waited 40 minutes I figured they were busy. After waiting I saw other customers getting there to go orders so I asked the girl she said whats your name hun? I told her she says you order has been ready. Long story short 54$ down the drain!!! Never again I will drive to cherry hill....

Probably the worst service we have ever had, no refill on salad, no offer of grated cheese on salad, no refill of bread sticks, brought food out and removed salad bowl (werent even finished with the salad), didnt bother bringing the check back so we unconfortably sat there and then figured the lazy POS was waiting for us to ring our selves out using the kiosk. We have always had a great experience untill today, very sad to see this not sure if im coming back. Today we felt way to pressured and rushed, we used to enjoy going out and relaxing. Very disappointing.

The meal was tasty, as usual. However, rumors of their food being prepackaged, boiled, and microwaved were proven true when they carelessly discarded a 2" piece of the Tuscana soup plastic bag wrap into my bowl. When I showed it to the waiter, he smartly took it, apologized, and said the manager would visit our table. The manager never did stop by. Despite this hiccup, the food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. I would give them a 4 or 5 star but this incident was disappointing.

I ordered food from this restaurant quite often because the food and the service is amazing. Tonight it wasnt any different and the manager was very helpful tonight with a little situation unlike many places in which you do not get the service and the treatment you deserve as a customer. I would recommend this restautant without any hesitation...Lovely Italian food and atmosphere...Please check it out!

Ordered to go around 7:50 They said it would be done around 8:30 Had to wait 15 more minutes for it. I had the Tour of Italy. Barely any sauce on the Noodles. The bottom of the Lasagna it was burnt. I paid 20 Dollars and even tipped and still received a regretful meal. The soup was the fantastic thats it...

The staff was awesome! My waitress went over and beyond for me even though I came in at closing and didnt like my food she still never became flustered and not only did she bring me something else but also took it OFF my check! I would definitely recommend this place !

Just had a horrible experience, we sat down and ordered. Then the table of 4 sat down beside us, their food came out before ours and they were finished eating before we even got our food. The server apologize repeatedly but never saw a manager.

Had a TV in the waiting area showing scenes of Italy. Beautiful!! And the hostess grabbed us some ice water while we waited for our take out order because she saw how hot we were (a/c in our car was out of commission). So sweet!!

Great place. Great staff but a 4 star because my server Samantha was not so welcoming. We had to ask her to bring napkins all the time. She did not offer refills. She was Not very kids friendly. But overall experience was good.

First negative experience with this chain. Wont be back to this location. Food is so greasy. Walked in sat down right away and waited 10mins for our waiter and 5 of that after we used server call button on their machine.

I love the Minestrone soup! Food is always great and service is good and you get your moneys worth. I was only disappointed that they no longer had the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, it was my favorite.

Our waitress Katie was the best server Ive ever had. This was my first visit to an Olive Garden and she made it perfect from her sunny smile to on point suggestions. 10/10 would visit again because of her.
