12/01/15 at 5:10 pm this place was almost empty with only about 7 other patrons in the place. Our Long Island Ice Teas and Bloody Marys were excellent. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our entries after rolls and salads were served. The Salmon was cooked to perfection, but the Admirals Feast was completely disgusting. The amount of huge salt crystals was unfathomable for human consumption on the Baked Potato which spilled over across the entire Feast. The 12 crumb pieces of 1-3 mil long of clams were hard as rocks and you can tell were from the bottom of the bag covered by 3 normal strips. The fish was so overcooked the ends almost touched each other and the shrimp tasted like wet cardboard with the Scallops just as bad. Our waitress went above and beyond her duties to try to accommodate and compensate for what clearly was too nasty to even eat. We declined all offers deciding to bring it home as a treat for our dog. Needless to say after careful thought looking at all of the salt under our own kitchen lighting, it got tossed into the trash bin. Never again. Its only Docks and Bahrs for us from now on

Hey Red Lobster..when u buy a car u expect to get the car you test drove...when i select the meal from your lovely menu.. one expects to get the actual dish thats on the menu not an excuse stating its a marketing scheme from your professional manager. Nice! Not even a discount on the crappy dinner , which was served with 2 pieces of crab in my linguine. Just to let you know it was Crab Fest at the time. I dont know what you guys are trying to pull with that but the only way Ill be back is at the closing party! Maybe theyll serve better food then. Toms River should ban this place..

I was there today and have never been so disappointed with my dinner. The crab cakes I ordered must have been old because they smelled of ammonia, accompanied by old unappetizing locking Broccoli. If you dont have a particular dish freshly available please let your customer choose something else. That way the customer will return to your establishment. The only good thing was the staff, providing courteous and professional services. In previous years the food was definitely of better quality. I will not be returning to this restaurant for a very long time.

Well the last 2 times Ive been here I wasnt impressed at all, last night my food came out looking hideous, I will post a picture of it and The Taste wasnt all that great. The breading fell off of most of the seafood I had and the presentation just looked horrible. They need to bring back the ultimate fondue too. I used to go there all the time when they had that and ever since they took it off the menu Ive been there 3 times. And the time before last night I had went I got a Lobster Pot and all the food was dry with no taste.

I like this place on weekdays because its nice and quiet but dodge it if I want to go on the weekends.also they are very cheap with biscuits sometimes they only give 3 for 2 of is plus a 1 yr old also when its shrimp feast this place takes forever to bring out the dishes you order even if the place is empty thats ridiculous. Im also tired of my waitress disappearing for like 15 or 20 minutes and they come back smelling like smoke and they have to play catchup with all their tables requests

This was the worst place I ever been . The way they treated my family and I like trash . We went out to eat as a family and I am guessing because of our skin color nobody came to serve us . We sat there for 6 whole min and watch the serve two other family that came there that was white . We was here before them . They sat them down and the server came right to them . So I took my family and walked out . I will never come back here again . Racism is really that bad out here

Very good service. I thought it was too pricy for a chain restaurant. The worst coffee in my life. It was watered down several times. Most restaurants that do that, do not think the customers know what they are doing. My parents were in the business, we can tell within seconds. In addition, its called cheating the customer. Im paying top dollar for a drop of coffee. How foolish can they be. I will never go back.

I brought my obnoxious girlfriend to Red Lobster and we were told to wait for 25 mins. Twenty- FIVE damn minutes! We came here starving and the staff showed no sympathy at all. I gave up hope on getting a table when I noticed my girlfriend eating a raw lobster from the fish tank. It was the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen in my entire life. But since I was hungry I joined her. We left disappointed but fed.

Restaurant is clean, efficient and friendly staff and servers. During the week, there is usually no wait time. Weekends tend to be busier and have a short wait. Call in and take out orders are very good. The servings are the same as eating in, and the meals are well packed. Take out service is at the bar.

Not liking Red Lobsters anymore. I use to frequent a lot now lately the food turns me off and I get nauseous. My son also found a piece of hair in his fries they didnt take anything off the bill but he said he enjoyed his food and the new order of fries.

Ive been going here for many years and while some things have changed over time the food is always great. You can trust me, its quite good, and very consistent. I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience in all my years going to Red Lobster.

Excellent place food was very nice and warm, Will recommend restaurant to our friends and family. Only one thing the start to clean the tables and floor with 5 tables left in that area and only was 9:23 pm and they close at 11:00 uhh

Use to work here as a bartender. Worse place for bartender job. Food however, well its Red Lobster, need I say more? Its amazing! Surprisingly, best Buffalo wings EVER! Use to eat them every night during work!
