If i can give no stars i would, ive ordered "to go" about three times from this location only because i work in Howell. I know it gets busy and some times i do not mind waiting but to wait 10 minutes for my server to come to ring me out is insane! Then when i went today to pick up an order, a nice gentlemen excused himself, as he got my server Michelle. She came and apologized for me waiting and went to check me out when another server was cursing at her saying F*** this , this is Bull S*** when she had to wait for me to get checked out before she can cash out her table. Michelle was so nice but the other young lady was so rude and unprofessional to talk and act that way in front of a customer. I guess ill just stick to Perkins where there service is phenomenal, and ALL the employees have manners, and are professional !!!!!

Simplemente desde el momento en el que se ingresa al lugar, te saludan te llevan a tu mesa toman tu orden que para no hacerlo tan largo el comentario es muy recomendable visitarlo y consumir los alimentos que ahí se cocinan están muy ricos. Pero lo mejor de todo es que tiene precios muy accesibles, lugar acogedor, y hay servicio bilingue. Excelent!

Terrible service, food was ok this time but wasnt other times. First we walk in there is no one there. Seemed like she was the only one working, then we see 2 other servers, who knows what they were doing as there werent many people eating there. We went around 5 and it was dead, maybe 10 customers. Also took over 10 mins to get the check, wanted to pay for it up front but there was no one there. I was told to pay at the table, but I wasnt waiting another 10 minutes to get change back.

Ive come here a bunch of times but I usually try to convince whoever Im with to go some place else. Coffee is always weak. There is or was only one server who will offer to refill your drink without you asking. Never once has another server ever just asked me. Hit or miss on servers but is much better than when they first opened. Food is mediocre but you know what youre getting before you come.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Got seated and sat there waiting for almost 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come over and wait our table. Didnt happen. The worst part is that there was only a handful of people actually there to eat. Definitely the worst experience Ive had there, or at any restaurant. Go to Perkins people!! .

They didnt even let us in and it wasnt even 12 yet. It was 10:30 and said they close at 11 like ok its still not 11. We even had to knock at the door for 10 minuets. The manager then came out saying that the kitchen was closed. Very disappointed for my first IHOP experience. Outrageous.

Need to update your hours. Went on a cold Friday about 9:45 pm, checked the hours online before we parked it said open til 12 am, boyfriend went to check the hrs on the door also said open to 12. When we actually start walking in, two waitresses came to say they were already closed.

This restaurant is much better the staff is very attentive tea Asen feel at home, kind is better than when the restaurant innaguraron just what the food is hot and not take so long in the kitchen in a nutshell !! I personally love this restaurant !!

We came for breakfast. It was a pleasant experience. Food was cooked well and came out at a decent time... Overall, I would recommend the place for anyone looking for a decent breakfast... Our Waitress was good, a little odd, but did the job...

This place was very touch and go when it first opened. They have improved immensely since then. The food is good and comes out fast.The waitresses we have had were fast with refills and very attentive. Its clean and well run.

My fiance said he got sick but couldve been a bug. He didnt think the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes were sweet enough. However the crepes are always good for me and french toast.
