Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too in my life. Me and my Daughter went out for lunch. And we get there, no one to seat us, finally a girl says grab a seat and if your getting the buffet get started. So we go and theres one plate seven people needing plates. Ok so they put out plates and theres no bread sticks and only a few slices of pizza. Oh and to boot on the TVs in the restaurant there playing the movie American History X, if you dont know the movie its about Nazi Skin heads in prison real family entertainment. I ask the waitress is they can change it and she says the manager put it one and they cant change it, she asks manager and he say its what it is. Finally get our drinks and eat. Ok go up to get dessert pizza but nothing there. Waitress tells me they dont do it because people never eat it. If your thinking of going here Id say go somewhere else any where else.

First we go in to pizza hut and the waitress says you eating in. We said yes. She say "pick a spot" then she gets our drink and we start looking at the menu. That wasnt to bad. Then another group walks in and they sit. Heres where it goes bad. Another person in their group approaches the table and says "I am not eating here". His party says why and he states "The cook was just in the bathroom with me and never washed his hands" Can you say disgusting. So I asked our waitress for the check. We hadnt even gotten our food yet but I was just going to pay and leave and she asked me why and I told her. She said not to worry about the check but that the same time she went on with cleaning instead of informing the manager or going and telling the guy to go wash his hands. You will never see me in that place again!

First off, I see alot of comments saying the only good reviews are employees of this Pizza hut. I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF PIZZA HUT. However I am a huge Pizza hut fan, #1 fast food place in my book. I can see why some people had bad experiences as some of the employees Ive seen there have a horrible attitude. Luckily for me the gentleman who rang me up was super friendly. Second, the food was amazing.... A little bit better and better prepared than the Pizza Hut in warminster I usually goto. So far, this place has made me very happy, and what matters is the food.

I placed an order online and didnt recieve my food until a half hour AFTER the given arrival time. The food was cold and the pizza didnt even have the correct toppings. I called to speak with the manager about it, and all he did was interrupt me saying "I promise you the food is hot, it just left" despite the fact that Im sitting here holding my cold, not fresh pizza. The staff is completely unprofessional and unconcerned with the customer.

"DEAL CHEATERS" WE BYE ONE LARGE I ASK FOR THERE IS ANY DEAL RIGHT NOW THEY SAID 10 $ ANY LARGE ANY ONE TOP THEY SAID LIKE THIS I BYE AND TAKE TO HOME MY WIFE SAID ABOUT THE DEAL FROM PIZZAHUT 6.65 $ FOR THE SAME LAGRE PIZZA I CALL THEM ABOUT THIS. THEY SAID WE DONT TELL ABOUT ANY PIZZAHUT DEALS TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SHOULD ASK ABOUT DEALS OR YOU CAN MEET TO OUR OWNER IN THE MORNNING.THEY ARE THE CHEATERS.

My server was rude, ignorant, and didnt even bother to offer us refills for our drinks and when she finally made it back to us we asked for refills and she rolled her eyes at us and just does not care about good service like im used to at the franklin mills pizza hut :/

Pizza soggy and moist. Workers are d***s and should be fired. No food ever plus the personal pizza is smaller than a cats turd. Oh yea one more thing, the random five stars are the workers doing that so they dont go out of business. Dont go to this pizza hut. EVER.

Order my food at 6:50 app told me 7:20 delivery I live 1.5 miles away. Its 7:50 stil no pizza. Not the first time this has happened. Havent ordered from here in months and now Im not ordering here again. Want to kee your customers gonna have to try harder!

The dining room was really strange they turned the light on for us no condiments on tables no garlic powder in the building the kid that waited on us was nice but definitely not a waiter brought the pizza and left we had to ask for silverware and plates

This pizza hut CONSTANTLY forgets all the sauces we PAY extra for. Has also forgotten soda and an entire pizza before. I can understand if it happens once in a while BUT, it has happened the last 4 times weve ordered from here!! Get it together people!

Where to start? The place is beyond dirty... Dirty tables, dirty seats, and the high chairs look they havent been cleaned in ten years. Our beadsticks tasted like cinnamon and the waiter didnt even bring us plates for our pizza. Stay clear of this one!

This is the worse pizza hut. We were waiting for our food for more than one hour. By the time it arrived it was cold. They didnt have regular 2 litter pepsi and we ended up with some kind of Mountain Dew in our table. We will never buy here again.

My mom went to pick up a pizza for dinner as she was shopping around the area. She waited for the pizza and was in no rush. She got the food fairly quickly. When she came home with it, there were cold spots and the dough was very soft and soggy.

Pizza was cut like they had Parkinsons disease, and once the order arrived it was wrong missing items. The only good thing was the delivery driver who drove back and got our missing food. But thats the last time we order pizza hut.

As a critic I personally think the establishment should be shut down. It took you 40 minutes to deliver my uncooked food that I wasted 40 bucks on that taste repulsive. Someone should notify the health inspector.

Very bad to keep in promise. She told me to ready in 15 min and I waited for more then 45 min. No one there even ask you what happened to your order.... I will never go to this Pizza Hut anymore sorry

Pizza Hut isnt good as far as Im concerned. My wife occasionally has a craving and asks me to pick up food from here. Every time that Ive been in, the service is slow and the food is underwhelming.

Dirty. Lack of service. Talking on their cell phones as well. They are too busy doing take out to take care of customers in the dinning room. We love Pizza Hut but not at this location.
