I had an awful experience at this establishment and management is terrible. There is no accountability and I highly recommend patronizing the many other family owned business in the area who treat people in the community with respect and honest business practices. I ordered a hoagie from this place and they made a mistake on the order. When I called back to speak with management I was told that the owner would not be back until Monday and that I would have to bring the hoagie back. I told them I was unable to bring it back ( we chose to order local because my child was sick and we couldnt bring him out again) and asked what else could be done or if someone could pick it up. I was then told that the owner would rectify the issue on Monday. The owner never called on Monday so I followed-up with a call on Wednesday and was told again that the owner was unavailable. I finally called again on Friday and when I was asked to leave a message for a call back, I stated I would not. I said I wanted to speak with Tina the owner. Needless to say, she did not come to the phone but she did call me back. She then proceeded to tell me that mistakes happen (which I totally understand) and that their policy is to hold onto the sandwich in question and then bring it back in so she can see who made the mistake. She can tell who made the mistake by talking with her staff and looking at the order slip, however, when I told her I was not advised to hold onto the hoagie until she returned on Monday, she then hinted to me that as a customer from this community, I was more than likely attempting to get a free hoagie ( seriously) as people in our community apparently have been doing for the past four years according to her. She then continued to degrade me and said she wanted me to pretend I ran a business and asked what I would do in this situation because clearly coming from this community I would have no business savvy or education (I have an MPA). Tina told me flat out that when it comes to being accountable to customers who paid for something and did not receive what it is they asked for, her rule is to place the blame on the customer and leave the customer out of what they paid for. Clearly, Tina can use some business savvy herself and learn that word of mouth is the quickest way to create a bad reputation for yourself. If you are so disgusted by the people in the community where you decided to build your business then stop taking our money. I promise you have not only lost my business. I will make sure my neighbors, my community, and others traveling to the area know how you feel about our character and the type of service you said they would receive. Very sad to see in your own community such bias, prejudice, and disregard for one another especially when its something as simple as getting a hoagie you can actually eat that wolnt kill you (medical condition) on your birthday. Sicklerville has better options and I strongly suggest the community not support bad business so newer and better companies can move in!

I have had two separate bad experiences with deliveries from Villa Deli. The first time the delivery was over an hour late to which the driver attributed to "getting lost" though they had delivered to that location 15 minutes away a half dozen times before. The second time I got a call 3 hours before a meeting with approximately 100 attendees and was told that they were "too busy" to handle the order that I placed with them the week before and wouldnt be fufilling it. After repeated phone calls the owner, Tina, refused to call me back and offer an explanation.

I have been ordering food from Villa deli for about 4 years. The dinner specials help me skip cooking if I am to tired to cook at home and my family loves the food. I highly recommend the Monday and Tuesday night specials. Chicken parm. Dinner w.baked ziti and salad. Tuesday fried chicken dinner w. Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes, and mini corn muffins. Order ahead and tell them your pick up time. My favorite sandwich is the hot roast pork with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. The store was recently renovated and its really nice.

Ive ordered sandwiches before for delivery from there, one was an order of like 3 sandwiches to Cederbrook and the other was to a business up the road, literally, and im being told this bullshit they never did or ever have delivered sandwiches?? If u stopped doing that, just say so, dont lie, i was a loyal customer, i kno, ive done this many times. Dont piss on my leg nd tell me its raining.

Excellent Food! We go there at least 2× a week.. Tinas food is the best! Always fresh and always something new and different! Also the staff is very nice and very helpful! The Ribs are the best!.. but got them the last couple times and they added a spice that makes the Ribs taste bad!(Rosemary spice maybe)...I Hope Tina reads this and changes this...because the Ribs are not the same!...

These people thats talking bout the service is crap is lying, Ive ben going to Villa Deli for well over 20 yrs and I never seen the owner or staff give anyone a problem, I honestly believe the have very goods food and service, Villa Deli continue doing the excellent job you ben doing and let the haters hate.

I travel over 20 miles to get lunchmeat and rolls once every two weeks. I order party and hoagie trays when Im hosting any party. The service I get is always fantastic especially from: Bert, Jamie and the owner Tina!! So long as this place is in buisness its the only deli that I will go to.

Villa deli is simply the best. The food is fantastic, if you order a pizza, or grab a dinner, its like a home cooked meal, if you were a 5 start chef. So much effort in exceeding expectations, theres no deli like it and no deli close to this one that makes it seem so effortless.

I recommend to the employees not to curse in front of customers and talk about their co workers. It was very uncomfortable especially since I was the only one in there and they were VERY loud. Not professional at all.

The food is "homemade". The sandwiches are excellent and Tina has found the perfect bakery for her hoagies, cheese steaks, etc.. I would recommend Villa over any other locally owned or chain shop hands down, any day!

They serve great food. I live in Virginia, but have family in South Jersey. I have not found such great buffalo wings until I got some from the Villa Deli. I will patronize their business everytime I come to Jersey.

They catered a party for thanksgiving it was horrible and they did our Christmas party I found hair in the roast beef I will never eat anything from there
