Typically i dont leave reviews but this one I had to post. Ive been eating frim here since they opened and i must say this place is going down hill. The only thing that seems to be consistent is the rice. If i order anything else, its always been a disappointment. I got a fish platter w fries..... nothing was seasoned, very bland food. Bread taste funny. So i decided to try the stuffed turkey burger as i really enjoyed the 1 time i got before. It was close to closing when i placed my order. I asked for a stuffed burger with shrimp and spinach and pepperjack cheese. When i got there, the door was locked and my burger was still on the grill. This burger was over $11 and when i got home....... surprise, surprise!!!!! Was not stuffed with shrimp and the burger was not fully cooked inside...... needless to say i was beyond angry. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. So now I have to wait until Tuesday for something I purchased Saturday..... I live about 20 minutes away!! Just really inconvenient

I gave Samwichs so many passes but this is the very last time Im ordering from them. I ordered small chicken fried with no cranberries and hold the hot spices. What did I get delivered the very opposite. Today I ordered 4 kid meals tenders and fries they didnt have any juice boxes but I said that was ok. Just horrible, hardly no fries and the fries was not fresh hand cut fries that is stated on the menu and the tenders were fried so hard and very thin pieces of chicken. Im good, every since Ming left it went down hill. Sad you want to support your own but when you are not getting what you pay for its time to go.

I ordered from this place off of Uber-Eats. They told me an hour or so wait, it took them longer, because they didnt have the right address, but I gave correct information when placing my order. My food was cold and my order was not completed and because they were closing, the guy literally told me I wasnt getting anything tonight and to call in the morning to be accommodated, but I paid my money already! Ill tell everybody I know not to support such an incompetent business. AND THE FOOD IS NASTY!! I will never buy from here again!

I placed an order thru Uber Eats and the food was horrible. The fries were soggy and saturated with oil & the chicken cheese steaks were unfit for human consumption. The sandwiches consisted off mainly roll with approximately 10 small diced pieces of chicken which tasted like it was 2 days old. This was quite a disappointment and I advise all others to order elsewhere. I payed $22.95 + $2 tip for food that I couldnt eat. To make matters worst, there was no manager available.

DONT ORDER HERE. the food here is so nasty, i wish i wouldve read the reviews FIRST. they charged me 30 dollars for salmon over rice, a large..with added shrimp. they dint even give me my spinach on the side.the shrimps were shriveled up and there were only about 3 of them broken into pieces. the salmon tasted old. This food was so bland. I dont understand how you can mess up something SO simple. now i got a weird feeling in my stomach and i regret this decision.

Food tastes nothing like I remembered when I lived in Philly. And definitely not for the price. I had a 12ct Shrimp platter, Fried Tilapia sand which and two 20oz ginger ales for $28.75! Only received credit card receipt so no reference document of what was actually charged. The shrimp were over breaded where I had to remove it just to taste the shrimp! And I received marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce!

I love their food its always on point. One time I ordered tilapia fried rice and payed to add shrimp. When I got it home NO SHRIMP. It was closing time by then and so I couldnt get anyone on the phone. Took a loss there but I eventually came back because the food is too good. I would however suggest they work on customer service. They seem disorganized and the employees can come off rude at times.

Its really a great pkace to eat ive tried the whole menu . People complain about orderiing from Ubereats with this establishment......stop using them then. They have their own delivery service call the store directly. The uber drivers get paid by the mileage so there going to take the furthest delivery1st then come back .my advice call the store your self.

This place is inefficiently ran. The cooking area from the grill to the cooks are filthy. If you order from here expect a wait. You get there to pickup what was previously ordered youbget give another 5 minutes and end up waiting 20. There is much chatter but even less work. I wouldn t dine from this establishment for fear of food poisioning
