This place has good food. Just make sure you understand what you order. S.O. spent 24 dollars on 2 orders of Generals Beef, I get home from work AFTER they close to eat this meal. After a few pieces I look at the food and notice there is no BEEF in the piece I was eating. I looked through a couple of other pieces to see it was mostly batter. I go in the next day AFTER my morning classes to see if I could get a refund or anything. 95% of the food was still in the plates and I had the original receipt. I go in and the lady was saying they cant do anything because thats how the food comes. I had to get my hands dirty and rip the pieces apart in front of her (thank goodness other customers were there to see) She then gives in. I ordered new food to make up for it, but it only came up to 17 dollars. I thought I could get 2 drinks which would come up to 3 dollars. She tells me no because I got two free drinks last night. 17+3 is 20 which still does not come up to the 24 I spent on 2 plates of batter in sauce. She said if I wanted all my money back that that I should have called the night I got my food. Well if I just got home from classes and work what energy do I have left over to fight a closed door with NO ONE inside? 3 stars only because they know how to cook. I bet if I had a man with me I would have gotten the full 24. Work on your customer service guys.

My family and I truly love coming here,but one day my Grandma and I ordered food for delivery.As soon as the man arrived we asked him the price.He deliberately yelled out the window saying 21.30. To remind you that we ordered 2 orders of honey wings and fries with a shrimp role and honey wings and beef fried rice. We ordered the same exact thing last time and it added up to 17.70.Also one time my friends and I ordered 2 orders of hot wings and fries.We decided to tip him even though he took forever and we live very close.When he arrived we paid him the total and a tip.After we paid him a tip he didnt say thank you for the tip,although he did roll down the Windows in our faces.Also one time I ordered for a delivery and when I get down stairs we give him 20 even though the total was 15.He took the money,closed his window and drove off. Panda we love your food but something must change.Bye Panda!

I just moved to NY from Chicago, where I have arguably eaten the best schezuan chinese food. Ive been disappointed in all of NY/NJ chinese restaurants until I stumbled onto Panda House. The service was amazing and people were super polite unlike other chinese restaurants. We ordered 3 dishes and it came up to only $12, super cheap. The restaurant threw in a snack and can of pepsi with it. To top it all off, the food tasted amazingly good. My wife is not a fan of chinese food and for the first time she said she would like to order from here again. You will not find a better chinese delivery place than Panda House. Im now a life long fan!

So my boyfriend and I needed food. We looked up Chinese food restaurants. Panda house had really awesome reviews. What the Hell were these people talking about?? He ordered bbq spare ribs with vegetable rice and I ordered chicken with broccoli and pork fried rice. Oh my goodness. That was the worst chicken in the world. Im not sure we can even call that chicken. It was like a jelly, slimy, pretend chicken. And it had made me sick for the past 3 days. Beware of panda house aka vomit house of life.

Poor customer service! Ordered online 30 mins ago and just called to ck on my order tells me another 45 mins! But wanted to call me back at first! Tried trying a new place but OMG Nvm!! Dont bother!

This place indeed has tasty take out food in the JSQ area. I am glad I moved out of there as I had put on 30 pounds eating at this place almost every single day :-)
