Immediate, friendly service. As a KC barbeque judge, these are the most disappointing ribs and brisket we have had in a while. Fall off the bone translates to dry, over-cooked. We had the rub which had absolutely NO brown sugar flavor but , instead, had a strong burned sage flavor. The brisket was moist but was drenched in sauce which masked any idea of the real flavor of the meat.Bulls-eye does a better sauce. Steak tips were, however, a success. We tried the corn fritters as an appetizer: why would you cover them in powdered sugar?!? Breading was too dense and heavy and did nothing for the flavor. A can of creamed corn would have been better. Corn bread was moist and delicious. Coleslaw was decent. Travel to Belmar for Jersey Shore Bar-b-que. THEY are worth the time and money.

This is a great place! My family did not enjoy it as much as me. I ordered: chicken fingers, a side of mac n cheese, and cornbread. The chicken was seasoned very well but it was a bit oily and soggy- I still enjoyed it. The mac n cheese was okay, it seemed like they used a canned cheese sauce and just mixed in a little real cheese, not too pleased. But, I did LOVE the cornbread, it was a great texture and had a lovely sweet top. The waiter was okay, he didnt come to our table very often, I would have enjoyed better service. Slightly over priced, but I enjoyed the food. 8/10 on the food. :)

Holy cow! No, wait... HOLY PIG! Woodchucks BBQ has everything anyone could ask for. Incredible food prepared and brought to you by way of friendly, smiling, and speedy service. the prices are a fraction of what the flavor and quality is worth. and the cherry on top: they deliver. and its FREAKIN quick! Ive ordered delivery 3 times and each time was told 25-30 min, and Ill be damned if it took more than 15! I dont know how they do it unless theyre smokin that pig in the car! whatever theyre doing, its working. Give Woodchucks a try and Im sure youll be a customer for life.

Ordered from here for the first time today. I am so mad that I have lived in Pt. Pleasant Boro for over 2 years and never tried them. Side portions could be a bit bigger being that the prices are a little high. The food was so good tho. I mean The Spicy BBQ boneless chicken, the mac and cheese, baby bakers, as well as the cornbread. I never eat any ones cornbread because 95% of the time its like biting into sand. Not at Woodchucks, their cornbread is on point. I will be ordering from them again thats for sure.

Absolutely friggin horrible. Your beef brisket shouldnt have more fat in it than I do. It was so grizzle that I couldnt even bite through it. I Was pulling out half the sandwich because my teeth couldnt cut through the hard fat. I was wondering why when I open the container there was a puddle of grease in the bottom, now I know and it taste like shoe leather. Extremely disappointed and will never return. If you are big into barbecue dont bother wasting your time, and money.

BYOBGood food. Ribs are super tender. The dry rub is really good. BYOB Steak tips are amazingly tender but would be better without the bbq sauce in my opinion. BYOB I hate sauce on my beef. BYOB The Mac and cheese is good and creamy. The cornbread comes with the meal so dont get it as one of your two sides. BYOB The cornbread is sweet with a strong vanilla flavor. BYOB

Very good BBQ especially considering its at a shorepoint and I mean that sincerely. Ribs pulled pork pulled chicken brisket corn Mac n cheese all really tasty and cooked well. Cornbread was solid beans were the only thing lacking real good flavor. Unassuming sit in place take out was very busy though. Free parking.
