I went there with my girlfriend on a weekday, the service was brutal. things got interesting when i received the check i left 10 percent tips. a week later i realized that the waitress had changed it to 30 percent. i dont mind paying 3-5 dollars more, but this was credit card fraud. I talked to managers they said they will take care of it but unfortunately this place needs to be improved. this place or any other location is a representative of the company. and for what I was represented with i believe this company needs a better management. The general manager was very friendly and apologized, but unfortunately i was subject to a credit card fraud under his watch. He is not to blame but he needs to sit down with his staff and have a serious talk with them. I myself was a maiterd for a long time and this is a shame to experience.

I am not one to write many reviews, however this time I was left with no choice. I went here because a friend requested that we go to Fridays for lunch. Now, I have not gone to this Fridays since Liquorgate, and I will never go to this Fridays again. My drinks were ok, but my bar tender had an attitude. When I got my meal, the burger was pretty bad. It looked nothing like the picture, nor did it have the ingredients it was suppose to either. My fries were slightly under done. I went with the hamburger because I thought you cant go wrong. Boy was I wrong. Do yourself a favor. Do not go to this Fridays. Food and service suck. Drinks, are mediocre at best!

Went around 10pm on a Wednesday was dead. Seated immediately but then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us put our drink orders in.Mine came right out since it was non alcoholic my boyfriends drink took 30 minutes and was sitting at the bar and waitress said sorry he didnt know how to make it yet we saw it sitting there. We asked to speak with the manager she came over apologized because there were not enough servers and the ones that were there were frazzled and overwhelmed. Wow really?? It wasnt busy but they were overwhelmed. Took off one meal but still the service was not worth the bill. Waste of a night next time we will stay home.

I went here on a Saturday at 2 p.m. And was seated immediately and the waitress took my order mozzarella sticks,Jack Daniels Burger and Heineken.The food came out out pretty quickly and it was all pretty good and came to about $40 after the tip.The bad side was the menus they gave me were in poor shape pages ripped and were dirty and now they have a on table tablet that you can pay your bill on and play games but you have to pay for those games.It makes the table feel cluttered I found myself putting the tablet on the floor so we would have room for the plates and glasses.Overall its a nice place for a quick bite and a step above fast food

Our server, Sallynda or Zallynda(?), was awesome.. She checked on us often, kept me updated on the status of my drinks and made sure we had anything we needed. She never tried to rush us and had a great sense of humor. Super nice lady and the main reason I will visit this location again. Having said that, the adult beverages were weak. Like, really weak. Delicious, but sooooooo weak.. The loaded potato skins were over cooked and not loaded. It was sad. Lucky for them, I dont mind extra crispy potatoes, but when the bacon is black, maybe its time to remove them from the oven. It was almost too much. Everything else was good though.

My husband and I dined at this location quite often and on 6/18/14 around 7:30 p.m. we both ordered cheese burgers my burger was dry and the fries were crunchy, not crispy. My husband order his burger med. well and it came out burnt, the server ordered another burger and it had an odd taste. I ordered the whiskey cake for dessert and when it came out it was cold, the cake didnt even melt the ice cream. I had the server take it off of the bill, I refuse to send a second item back after his burger had an odd taste. I spent $31.00 including the tip for burgers and drinks and left very dissatisfied.

We came here for endless appetizers. The waiter was friendly, but the service slowed way down once a party of 8 came into our section. The waiter disappeared for about 15 minutes before coming back with their drinks and took about another 10 taking their order. Meanwhile, no one came by to check on us, and we were without food and drink refills the whole time. The food was good, but the potato skins tasted like they were fried in oil that was getting old. Not incredibly satisfied.. I definitely get better service at the Fridays back home.

Horrible service. Waitress showed up every 30 minutes, IF that. We literally waited for our bill for 45l minutes. When she decided to come back, our meals were all on one bill. That was an understandable error, so we wanted to inform her to separate the checks. However, after dropping the bill off, she pulled out her earphones, put them on and never came back. Another waitress had to take care of us. I hear multiple stories that management is less than cordial as well. Would not recommend. Go to the one on Route 1 South.

We actually went to Olive Garden instead because no one ever sat us. We spent 15 minutes standing there along with some other people who ended up leaving before we did. The host kept answering the phone instead of seating us and a waitress came over told us to hold on and didnt come back soon enough. We ended up getting the manage involved but left anyways. The service keeps getting worse and worse. The next time we go to a TGI Fridays we will be trying another one instead of this one.

I went to his place before they either change the menu or change the cook it wasnt that good now food is slamming I would definitely recommend it I definitely come back there even have a party people with helpful they have little games on the table which is a dollar each machine so little flat screens keep the kids entertained so we can play games on the menu was comprehensible prices are a little expensive but I guess thats what you pay when you go out

The worst Fridays Ive ever been to. Service was super slow with only 4 people seated at the bar along with myself. Orders the steak & lobster w/ baked potato. Baked potato was over cooked and lobster was cold!! Had to hunt down my waiter. Also ordered a bowl of clam chowder and it took 20min...really for soup!! 2 managers on the floor and not one made a round to check on any of the patrons...smh I will definitely NOT return!!!

Horrible service! Hostess was no warm and welcoming, took our waitress 17 minutes to come greet us, me and my friend were about to walk out when she finally showed, her attitude sucked. But and she said : uhg thank god my shift is over im going home (with all her attitude) lol ... the manager was trying to make it right but it was too late, i dont think Ill be coming back.
