VERY disappointed. This place is a joke. More than half of the staff are teenagers that are not attentive, sorry to say "ghetto", or just flat out bad at their job. On numerous occasions Ive been served by a high waiter (which idc i smoke too but damn when its to the point theres only 3 customers in the place and your caring for 1 customer and you forget my order thats not okay). The only reason why I even started coming back her is because of waitress (Adeeyah) made my boyfriends birthday very special, she sat down with us and gave us special attention. I came in a few days ago with all of my friends hoping to be served by her, instead of the employee just simply saying she doesnt work here anymore I was given a hostile answer. I dont care if the employees dont get along thats my last concern. Teach your staff to be more professional and maybe you wouldnt loose all the good employees (i.e Lamar, Jamar, etc etc). I will be taking my money to Quaker Steak which is a shame I have to go so far since I live in Warren

Honestly, save your time & money. My boyfriend and I went here for a quick bite to eat and was NOT thrilled with the service. Our waitress seemed inexperienced and by the end of our meal we couldnt even remember her name! She hardly came over to talk to us and rarely asked if we needed anything. The food took about 30 minutes to come out and when we asked her about it seemed as if she had an attitude. By the time the food got to the table, it was warm. My boyfriend ordered wings (which he was happy with) & I ordered a Honey BBQ bacon burger and was not pleased. I was very excited to go because Ive heard so many great things about the place but I probably could have received better service at McDonalds. Will never go back here again, not this location anyway.

We had a weird situation. We were dining at about 11:30 a.m. on 8/7/14. The 4 of us placed our order and received our drinks. After tha,t the power went down. We all received drinks but only 2 of us received food. After about a half hour we couldnt wait any longer, only 2 of us ate lunch. Luckily we were able to pay in cash. The problem is that no manager visited us, no one offered us maybe some drinks, some chips and salsa, a coupon for our next visit. Nothing was comped, we paid full price. Im not looking for a freebee here, but a little customer service here would have gone a long way. The food we did get was fine and our server Breanna was great.

Horrible service. The servers stand around and chat while you wait excessively long for your food because they ignore you. You can order sodas with free refills to sit there all night and take up a table or both so theres an ungodly wait on the night of any event. Management isnt much better, and doesnt really care while trying to make you thinking theyre doing you a favor while doing as little as possible. The server followed me out of the restaurant telling me I needed to pay, after the manager said I was good to go and didnt have to pay for the salad and drink that had come out.

This place is Ok, they have a terrible craft beer selection with almost all their taps being occupied by all extremely common beers like bud light, coors light, blue moon etc. The only IPA they had was Sam rebel which isnt bad but cmon guys. None of the servers knew the prices on the beers and when we asked the server how much a 22oz rebel was she didnt know and called the manager over and he didnt even know! How hard is it to check it using the computer.... The service is just ok but this place is always and I mean always crowded. Go to a different BWW location.

I’m sorry, but this place has a lot of potential and could be much better. The apps & wings are generally overpriced (a dollar a wing?) & messy, the patrons can be quite loud (yeah, it’s a sports bar but sometimes you get a horde of aggressive guys just trying to make a scene), and I’ve had the salad once which was, frankly, quite bad. I’ve been to another Buffalo location before, which was better. I think it really depends on what event’s on and the type of crowd that brings in but both times I’ve been here I left hungry and drunk. Not a good combination

I work right next door and have been here since Buffalo Wild Wings 1st opened and usually when a place 1st opens they give great service with large portions then that dies down after a few months,but I must say that hasnt happened here,still great service along with large delicious portions.My only complaint is that we use to get visited by Management every 6 months with some business offers and samples,other than that 5 Stars-Scott @LiccardiFord

I was here the other night with my kids and sister, when we finally got our food the food tasted like cleaning products. Customer service is horrible, its filthy in there bathrooms smell horrible. All the employees smell like they just smoked weed (doesnt bother me but not during work hrs). The manager with a blue button down shirt was very nasty to my kids. I will never be going to this location ever again.

The food was great and our server, Jade was amazing. Our food order was messed up by the kitchen, and the manager was first class in handling it and making the situation go from negative to a positive in a split second. Thank you so much. We Won t let this affect our love of this place.

Yummy yummy food & drinks. Always seated pretty quickly but havent been with more then 4 people. Staff is nice & polite. Great food for the price you pay & they have tvs everywhere so you wont miss a thing if you go to watch a game or something.

This is 6 regular place for us when my wife is out of town. My kids love the corn dogs and the game tablets. The wings are good, my favorite is the Buffalo dry rub. Tough to get a table during sporting events abs NFL Sundays.

I had waited a good 25 minutes at my table just to have my order taken and then my drinks took anther 15 minutes and the food, god knows how long that took a n d furthermore our waitress, "Samanta, never checked.on us.

OMFG Tawana was amazing and delivered exceptional 5 star service. I felt like I was on a cruise at one point. She smiles and brought my table alive. I would definitely recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location!!!

The boneless wings are good but Ive waited on phone for several minutes twice after a person answers and tells you ""Ill be back in a moment" Ive hung up not getting my order in and went to another take out.

What I enjoy about this place besides the awesome wings. Is how my 3 and 5 year old kids are treated. They make sure my kids are entrained, and its a big reason we keep going there. Plus the wings are great.
