If I could rate this place a zero I could. My friend and I stopped in for lunch on our way back to Columbus, the woman at the register was very rude, handed back a fake $20 bill the manager assured us it wasnt fake. The paper didnt feel like the other 3 bills he was handed back. The cheese wasnt melted on our whoppers still cold, the fries were room temperature and the wait for our food was pretty long to be served cold food.

I only get perfect food when manager dipen is wokring. He always talks with respect and give you best customer service. Manager Dipen is best employee burger king could ever hope for. I went to this place on other time when his not working then i only get food which been sitting there for long period of time. I get hot fries and burger fresh like make me come there always. Thank you so much Mr.Dipen to make meal for me.

Negative stars. Worst experience ever. Attempted to swipe my car for thr wrong amount, putting several. Holds. Claimed she cant void it or cancel the transaction. Held up entire drive through then yelled at me for her mistakes. Somehow managed to void my transaction after saying she couldnt. Ill be watching my card closely to make sure it isnt charged.

Why review a chain location? This is why: Customer: "Hi, Id like a burger with mustard, please" Burger King: "we dont have mustard" Customer: "oh, you ran out?" Burger King: "no, we dont serve it" Customer: "you mean, this location doesnt serve it!" Burger King: "NO! Burger King does not serve mustard". The Wendys next door does serve mustard

We visit this pretty regularly. One thing with such chain of restaurants is that taste will be same everywhere and it all depends on customer service. I would say the guy at the register was pretty rude when we visited last time. Restaurant was pretty clean though.

First of all customer service isnt good the french fries are swimming in salt ordered a Whopper and the bread was old and hard the lettuce was Soggy and old as well soda was flat basically water I will never step foot in there again

Just payed for two crispy fried chicken sandwich chicken looks like its been fried in old oil, instead of looking fresh looks like very dark not orange an the oil stays in your mouth neverr again.
