We had a party of six around noon on a Sunday, my girlfriend and I arrived early and put in my name. We were told 15-20 minutes, so we went to wait outside. When the rest of our party arrived a few minutes later they went in to check where we were on our list... the host told them that she had called me four times and had gone outside to yell my name (not true), and now we were bumped down on the list. Not even ten minutes had passed since arriving, let alone 15 to 20, and the staff were extremely rude and seemed totally indifferent about not telling us the table was ready. I wanted to leave, but they found us another table quickly, so in we went. We mostly ordered breakfast stuff. The food was standard IHOP fare, perfectly tolerable. The service was a different story. Our waitress apparently could not comprehend a basic drink order; we asked for water for everybody, she brought a few glasses and then disappeared for 15 minutes, we had to ask her for the rest of our drinks when she came back to take the food order. We never bothered asking for refills. Two people in our party ordered grits and they took 45 minutes to come out, everyone else was done with their meals by the time they arrived. The waitress brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else. We sat and chatted for about an hour and a half after we paid the bill. The place was nearly empty after a while, and still nobody bothered asking if wed like any water. A few minutes before we left, we noticed a waitress squirting glass cleaner on a coffee filter and wiping the window with it. That should give you an idea of what this IHOP location is like. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had eating out.

My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary breakfast and we absolutely loved our meal. My girlfriend had the stuffed french toast with strawberries and bananas and I had the eggs benidict. We arrived quite early, so there was no wait. Once seated we ordered breakfast drinks and were told if we wanted water as well we could take it from the pitcher on the table. In my opinion its good that they have a pitcher of water on every table because you dont have to wait for a server if you want more water. We waited almost no time at all for our meals to be served - that probably was because there were only two other parties in the restaurant at the time. For the price we paid, we got quite a bit of food, but not so much that it made you feel like you stuffed yourself early in the morning (after all there is a gym next door and you wouldnt want to eat a huge after workout meal). The restaurant was clean and the service was great and the staff was nice. Overall I would recommend Le Peep to anyone who wants a good quality breakfast for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back in the future!

This is the best IHOP around. The entire staff from the general manager Ed, to manager Travis and waiters and waitresses Anna, Astrid, Dexter, Jay, Maricela and the rest of the staff took wonderful care of my granddad who was a World War II veteran and a patron of theirs for many years. They were his second family and are now they are my second. I highly recommend this location to everyone, especially since you will always be greeted with a smile, warm salutations. They are very professional and receptive to your needs and deliver amazing food.

For the most part the food was really good. I got the all you can eat pancakes with eggs and bacon and it was delicious. My only complaint was the lack of dank memes. Nobody who worked at the location had ever seen the Bee Movie. The year is 2017 and that movie came out ten years ago. They had all that time and nobody even reacted when I asked them if they like jazz. The food was good but this lack of understanding is disturbing. Its like the servers dont even live in the year 2017.

The food wasnt prepared right. I was dissatisfied with the pancakes because they didnt arrive with what i ordered and the service really needs to improve. Ive been to other I hops better than this one and was really disappointed especially because we were suppose to have a nice celebration time. And when we arrived no one was in the front to give us a table. I hope they improve and wish them luck.

Usually my experience at this ihop is good. Today it only had one glaring issue. I understand that there are people that come in for their birthdays but please do not make another customer wait for refills so the server can run off with 9 other servers to sing happy birthday. Only problem I have ever encountered here. Otherwise good place to eat, service is normally excellent, and food is great.

Went for birthday pancakes. I normally pass on the pancakeswith toppings because I had a bad experience. I once ordered the pancakes with strawberries. The presentation was horrific. Today, I ordered them with bananas. The presentation was good. They give you a selection of syrup; old fashioned, blueberry, strawberry, and butter pecan. My server, Maricela, and the hosts were very pleasant.

OUTSTANDING!!! The waiter Alex was very attentive and curteous! The manager was also very cooperative and evem allowed me to make a change in my food selection that differed from the menu! I would definetly recommend this establishmenf as a place to enjoy dining!

Always a great experience @ this IHOP!!..every time I go its always packed, but the seating doesnt take that long...my family and I always receive a pretty good, cool and courteous waiter...omelettes r great, but the world famous pancakes as always r to die for!!

IHOP cant go wrong. They have the best coffee, the best pancakes, and they are fast.. have been going here almost every Sunday for the past 10 year. Every now and then i get a lunch to go... bacon cheeseburger and fries. highly recommend.

Most of this IHOPs traffic comes from people Either waiting for Costco to open or after the shopping trip but most of the time you can always get a seat usually they serve you pretty fast but you will get rushed out of there after you served

Service here is pretty good. I always go for the Colorado omelette and love it. Portions are large and wait staff are attentive. Recommend coming here for a quick breakfast. Oh and kids eat free at certain times.

Waited 35 minutes for nothing!!! They didnt even come over to ask what we wanted to drink. Never coming here again! Atlast we just walked out. Please dont waste your time coming here
