Let me start by saying never in my life have I left a negative review of a place ever! I arrived at 8:45pm to a place that closes at 9pm. I was hesitantly told by the hostess (who was having a leasuirly conversation with one of the cooks at the hostess stand.... ) We are only doing take out orders. I would of possibly excepted that if that was the end of my awful experience. We needed to sit at a table and place an order for take out with a waiter. Once we sat down we realize there where people still in there eating. Within 30 seconds 4 clearly annoyed employers had asked if we knew it was take out only to our waiter. That was it! I cant believe that I was paying to stay at this hotel and was treated like an inconvenience.

We were looking for a 24hr joint to eat at after having some drinks. I was mainly looking for a snack and it was tough finding a spot that serves diner type food. The menu we were given was scant compared to the menu out in front of the place. I did make a request for grilled cheese and the waitress said no problem. The service was good and the food was OK. The grilled cheese only had white cheese. Usually it is yellow, but it wasnt a big deal. The fries werent that great, but I ate them. The carpeting in this place was like straight from the 70s. It didnt seem like the cleanest place, but neither was the Resorts Hotel (we didnt stay here, just walked around). Although this wasnt all that great, I certainly have had worse.

Unlike the other reviewers I had a descent expierience there for lunch and breakfast.. I agree the service is a little slow, but I had no trouble understanding my servers. The Chicken parmesean sandwhich, my luch companion had, was very good according to them and my burger was cooked well. At breakfast a dedicated drink server kept the coffe cups filled and the food was ok. My omelet was a bit overcooked, but restaurants tend to overcook eggs so that was really no different then other places, and my breakfast companions egg benedicts was enjoyed... The prices were average for lunch, but the cost for breakfast was a bit high considering the average quality. I would eat lunch there again when staying at resorts.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had, our salads came out , we waited 5 minutes for our dressing, my chicken was raw in the middle, which I found after I ate some of it, our Apple pie was ice cold and looked like it was dropped on the floor and picked up, the waitress never brought my husbands coffee after he asked 4 times, other guests were complaining of food issues and service, my husband and I were nauseous all day yesterday after having dinner there. Its just terrible staff choices with your chef and waitresses. This place could have potential but not with this staff

We had a server that was either new or just didnt know anything about serving We had to ask server to clear our soup bowls off table,ask another server for coffee,another server for desserts.I N the meantime it was very cold and very noisy .The hostess,Poincianna saw we were having problems and she Is the one who got us coffee and our desserts.She was most helpful and very sweet after a very hectic time ,she was absolutely very helpful.We were sitting there for 2 hours and 15 minutes.Very disturbing.

Terrible Experience! We Waited For 25 Mins For Someone To Take Our Order. Then We Ordered An Appetizer..It Came Out 35 Mins Later And Then We Started To Eat It And They Brought Out Our Meals...The Mozzarella Sticks Were Crap, The French Fries Were Cold And The Chicken Tenders Were Burnt.. Plus You Couldnt Understand A Word The Waiter And Drink Taker Said...It Was A Horrible Food Experience..I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! Should Have Went To The Buffet

Cashier ran my cards many times and told me that it wasnt working. I was forced to go to the atm and take money out to pay for my bill or they would not return my credit card. returned home and checked my statements and she charged me a total of 7 times! will not return. not to mention the food was smothered in grease

DO NOT GO HERE!! The food is over priced. The staff is lethargic and terrible. I was charged for someone elses bill and the Asian assistant manager didnt even try to solve the issue or apologize for the cashiers errror! I have never been so frustrated with a resteraunt in my life!!

Horrible horrible horrible! My tuna tastes like air and all the "hot" food came out cold. I had to send back the first thing I ordered because it looked so unappetizing (seafood salad) this place just should not exist. And I am in no way a picky person

The food was ok. We waited 15 minutes after being seated to meet a waiter. I got the chicken demi, my gf got the flat iron steak. Neither was anything to write home about. We both agree the bread sticks were the highlight.
