Came here last week with my girlfriend. Employee by the name of Tyler (last name is Newton as was told to me by Russ, the shift manager) was the most rude person I have ever encountered. After firing off rounds of sarcastic comments such as "oh were going to take our time on this order", as well as throwing our food in the bag as if it was to be given to dogs, lets just say our moods were ruined. This was for a $45+ order for her family. Called Panera the next day, spoke with Russ the shift manager, he said next time me and my girlfriend come in he would credit our meal. I came in (without my girlfriend) and ordered a $22 meal, the same amount that I have been spending there several times a week for the past few months. I still had to pay $10. Time to contact corporate. Not for free food either. I dont want to eat at panera ever again. In the meantime, do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store, save money from overpriced bread, and dont support these scumbags. Or just go to Burger King. At least for $5 you can expect to get treated like this.

God awful, Ann who described herself as manager was amazingly disrespectful. Black long hair all over our table. Restaurant is filthy dirty, as are the restrooms. Stay as far away from this panera bread as possible. Shame on Ann, get a Job somewhere else, you are not a good example of what a manager should be...

Love this panera bread love it every time i come. Staff is friendly and food comes out very quickly. Very organized and loves how there r kiosks where u can just order the food as soon as you walk the way u like it. Great place and very funny food! Highly recommended!

Much inferior to my experiences at other PANERA locations. I had the modern greek salad. My greens werent crispy fresh, but wilted and old, and the whole portion was small, as if they have run out of lettuce. More training and more attention to detail please.

I am a student at Lafayette and I go here ALL THE TIME. It is incredible. Its only about 5 minutes from campus, and I love Panera Bread. The atmosphere is very good, and they really enjoy the presence of college students. I highly recommend

Great Place for fresh clean food! I have been to this place quite a few times and have always walked out happy. The service is great, the place is kept clean, food always feels fresh and the bread is the best I have ever had.
