I was incredibly put off when dealing with this bakery. I was getting married and a cake from Easton Baking Co was included in the package. When I called to set up a tasting the woman said no. I was promised I would get a tasting, so I was kind of disappointed but I could understand her not wanting to give away food. When I asked if I could come down and look through my cake options she said she never met with brides and just needed a number of guests. What?!?! I only plan on getting married once and would kind of like to at least know what my cake will be looking like, if I cant choose it (which I was also promised). I asked the woman if I could come down anyway since I live close and she grudgingly agreed. The food isnt bad, but the way I was treated was very rude and I will never subject myself to that again and do not plan on using the bakery for any future occasions.

Good prices, everything is baked fresh (or so Im told) Odd hours of operation. Dont think the other reviews deserved a one star. Poor customer service (which I have never encountered there, that lady that runs the front always treats my like a valued customer) is not enough to give only one star. I live quite close to this bakery and have been going there for my special occasions, and morning doughnuts for quite awhile, and this place has always stood out as one of the better bakeries that I know of. Other bad reviews... shocked me, this is a great place, I would go somewhere elce if I thought they were better.

Their bread, cookies, danishes, and most items are great. However, the Italian pastries arent authentic Italian. Im from NJ, my first job was as a counter girl in an authentic Italian bakery. I grew up around authentic Italian bakeries. I ate authentic Italian pastries from my friends Italian grandmothers. I know authentic Italian and this is not it. That being said, the prices are great and all the other products are good, especially the bread. Oh, and expect a long wait. The establishment is small, and their customer base is large, so lines go out the door often.

I also agree with several of the reviews. Service is terrible!!! I have been buying baked goods there for a few years now and have recently decided to look for other local bakeries only because of that reason. I also agree that they have no skills when it comes to decorating cakes but I gave it 3 stars because their baked goods are very tasty. They have very good pies and fresh rolls among other things. Oops forgot about prices, they have very good prices :)

I agree with the last reviewer. Customer service here was awful. I got a birthday cake for my sister here and the sales rep was incredibly rude to me. Also, the cake was pretty ugly. I told them I wanted it simple and classic. It had confetti and puffy icing everywhere. It looked like it was from the 80s. As for taste, Id give it an Okay at best. I was disappointed in this as I always try to support locals over places like Wegmans.

It a real authentic neighborhood bakery with donuts and cinnamon rolls that blow the competition out of the water. So good so right so tasty. Its tiny so if the line goes out the door thats OK since its still less than 10 min to wait. And just so worth it especially in a time when bakeries are frequently a chain or a boutique. This is just good old baking for the people who live there with no pretensions, just tasty.

Literally the best bakery ever. Ive lived all over the country and have never had better baked goods. I had to have family bring send me their food when I was out of state! I have never had a bad item from here. While some people struggle with the "rough" appearance of the building, I find that it only adds to the charm and flavor. It is the definition of your little local bakery, but with food that beats out all others.

Service is great and staff is friendly. The food is decent. Like many others its a hole in the wall and the line can be long but move quickly. I do not agree with other reviewers about their selection especially if youre looking for a true Italian bakery. For Sfogliatelles/ lobster tails, cannoli, etc. I go out of state. What they provide though is decent pastries at a decent price.

Originality .. Cozy ... Hospitality at its finest . Prices are Awesome and so are the Owners and their Staff ! They sure do know how to make you feel right at home. From the Amazing Home Style Baking all the way down to the Convo from when you first walk in right up until your fully out the door !!! Nothing beats Easton Bakery . Like at all !

I have gone to this place since I was a kid and its still the best bakery around! Their donuts are amazing. The amount of treats this place offers and how original it is, you wont find another bakery like this one anywhere around the lehigh valley. They also have, hands down, the BEST tomato pie you will ever eat in your life.

The nicest people on the planet work here! And their tomato pie is truly outstanding. Ive ordered their cannoli cake for a party and people were bowled over. The woman who helped me called me hun...and then yelled to the people working in the back, "We need more cream puffs!" Whats not to love? ENDORSE!

Small hometown bakery, everything is great, donuts are fantastic and prices are wonderful. Get there early on busy holiday pick up times. Small service area and line will come out of store and down the block!!! On street parking is a bit difficult but well worth it! Would Highly Recommend!

Awesome baked goods. This is a real bakery and not a reheat special like Panera. Parking difficult. Tomato pie is a must try if you have not had it. I was skeptical but it is really good. A total hit at my office.

This place is AWSOME! Been going for 35 yrs. I gain weight just waiting to be served. With all that sugary goodness in all those cases! Pizza n cup cakes are the BEST for any b-day party! You will not be disappointed..

I do not recommend this place to anyone because it is dirty and infested with rats and cockroaches,I worked there for a while and had never seen a place like this, but it is the only bakery that is in easton, pa sorry

Must visit for any local or tourist. Lines can get long, but come early for the best selection. I have never been let down. The homemade donuts and pizza bread are the best in the land and the price cant be beat!

I have been going to Easton Baking for years now. They have never disappointed me. Every year I get a birthday cake and it always comes out well. I assume I will be attending this bakery for many years to come.

We LOVE this place! We get all birthday/celebration cake from here. On a regular basis we probably go once a week for pastries, cannolis, and donuts. YUM must try!
