I came into the store looking at the flavors of ice cream and the staff already trying to get what I want out of me when I didnt even know yet. It was my first time getting something there so I was looking at everything. The two men walked away fed up cause I didnt have an answer and helped the people on the dunkin side. When I was trying to order, I was explaining to him I want the kids cup for one and he goes for a cone. I was ordering the rest in a bigger size but he gave me kids for all of it. At that point I was pissed because he wasnt understanding. On top of that I had to point out each flavor of ice cream because they didnt know what chocolate chip cookie dough or cookies and cream were. Definitely not a place to spend any money in because you wont get the right size due to the fact that they dont know what they are doing.

Worst customer service. I dont appreciate an eye roll when I ask for assistance on picking out a birthday cake. Just walked out and I will go elsewhere.
