I called to order 1 pork ribs for pickup. I was told 15 mins. I told myself to give it a full 40 mins before coming in. It was a Friday night and people might be ordering also. So I came in and asked for my order. I was told by a barely-cant-speak- in-English lady in the counter that my order was not ready. I was mad of course so I waited, and waited. I see people who speaks maybe in Spanish or Portuguese ( I dont know) come in and in a few minutes their order was filled. Then it dawned on me that when I first came in and the lady asked for my name and she looked at their order slips and at that moment that she gave the paper to the other guy who prepares the food that I thought was the moment they started to cooked for my food. I waited almost 20 mins and after asking for my order again and the lady pointed at the raw meat at grill that I lost it and I walked out. These people does not know what customer service is. They dont have a concept or a clue that the reason people order in advance so that they can pick the order and not wait for it. Bad bad customer experience. I have been ordering with them for some time now and usually the chicken are not cooked properly. You can still see the raw white skin especially on the wings.

I called over the phone to place an order and walked in told the lady in the register I had placed an order and she asked for my name and all of a sudden she cuts me off leaves me standing there in the front desk and shes talking to her friend in Spanish. If only they had a little courtesy to let me know that the food would be ready in a couple of minutes that I could have a seat would have not been something from another world. They need to step up their customer service because the food is good but not all of us would go back for the food. Making a customer feel welcomed would be nice. She didnt even tell me my total, didnt even say thank you nothing ! Its like if I wasnt even there and she was chewing on her carrot in the register. This is so sad for a place like this to have ladies that dont care working there.

Friday 9, 2017. Very unpleasant experience! I would definitely not recommend this place to nobody. The idea of customer service doesnt exist for the young people who work there. Do you think that I want to work hard my money so I can bring money to your business in order for you to play your bills??? No from me anymore !!! Waitress/ cashier very rude , inattentive, careless and plenty of attitude. Doesnt know how to take a order, doesnt care to understand the clients needs/order.... Not pleased with the people that work there. You can check the other reviews, Im not alone. The employees must to realize that they are not at the country of origin any more and customer service is essential here!!!

Que malisimo servicio al cliente con una mujer que anda un tattoo en el cuello que es la cajera de este lugar, parece que a pedir llega uno alli, no creo nunca mas volver a ese lugar si solo esa mujer existiera en el mundo me quedaria solo toda la vida porque es mas fea que Halloween esa perra.

Food is good - not the best portuguese bbq Ive had, but good, and you get a lot for your money. Do NOT park in the laundromat lot next door! They watch who parks there and will immediately call a tow truck if they see you park in their lot and go next door to the bbq. If the truck is there when you come out, you have to pay them to unhook your car. This only happens during prime times so if the bbq lot is full, take my advice and wait for a spot or you should go make the pickup with another person - one of you go inside, the other circle around. I dont think theres much on-street parking nearby either.

Had a horrible experience with the customer service / waitress that was waiting my table with my family. She was very rude and nasty.... There seemed to be a problem with the restaurants credit / debit card receiving method.... When I asked a simple question asking why did you wait to tell me that youre only accepting cash at the end of my stay, she screams out in front of my whole family and other customers in the restaurant, "These people dont know how to read!" Then she walks away with negative hand gestures and attitude! Very very very bad customer service !!!!

I placed an order 30 minutes ago for 2 cheese steaks and fries. My bf was there to pick up the order and he called me saying it was not placed. I called back and they said I did not place the order. The lady kept saying What? huh? who? you want a order? I was so upset that she couldnt understand me and acted like I dont know what I am talking about. I even spoke to them in spanish. I called back and asked for hot sauce and ketchup. I hope they put that in the bag. I am not happy with the service.

Horrible customer service. One of the waiters advised me to wait or go somewhere else. Because I wanted to have my food ready and I was waiting for over 30 minutes. Only reason they said that was because there was so many customers who enjoyed the food. Dont get me wrong the food was ok it was well between my grandmas cooking and cooking made from a 12 year old. Please if you go there come with a snack because you will wait and they will curse you out if you ask for a status.

This is the second time I ordered food over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes I gave an extra 15 minutes. My food wasnt ready for another 20 minutes. In addition they do not have the friendliest people greeting you at all! Overall the food the decent which is why they got 3 stars. Team needs a customer service course!

place has expanded and sacrifice service doing so, last night I place an order and they got it wrong, thank god i checked before I paid. Last few times even though I ordered over the phone always found my self waiting extra 10 to 20 minutes to get my food. skinny white guy working as manager has an attitude too.

Going to agree with some of the recent reviews-- awful customer service. Went for lunch, entered the doorway, sat at the counter (no tables). No greeting whatsoever, 4 people behind the counter. They saw me looking around for a menu, which I eventually had to grab myself. Cash only. Got up and left.

My first and last time !!!!! Number 1 = the food is more or less , very bad costumer service!!!! Very bad experience with one of the waitresses, to one question that I asked her she responded with a bad, attitude, disrespectful and rude manner!! I WiLL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!!!!
