This place has great bque steak and my bf and I thought we found a cute international restaurant. They have byob..so even better. But eventually after five or six visits we realized the service is so horrible we cant keep going back. The place is like a living room turned into a restaurant dining. The service is horrible. The Language barrier with the servers and the chef interferes with the level of service. I mean like no water, no menus, cold bread, wrong orders, having to send back food we never ordered. So I went yesterday and It was just last straw. The restaurant seems to have regular patrons that were Portuguese, not sure who they were , but every time we ate dinner there they were there. My bf and I assumed they owned the place. We always walked in there feeling like it we walked into a meeting we werent welcomed at, very soprano like. But we kind of thought it was cool anyway and always enjoyed our food. Last night we sent a bottle of wine over to the regular patrons thinking it was a nice gesture and basically were attacked and made fun of and told asked why we sent a bottle of wine over. That coupled with the wrong service and the fact that we have spent over 400 in 9months at this place and were treated like idiots in our own town was enough. So if your Portuguese speaking come here and enjoy the very Portuguese atmosphere, if not I recommend take out.

This is the most over priced and bland ridizio I have ever had. These may be the only Portuguese people I have ever met that down right refuse to use salt. Their BBQ sauce is Sweet Baby Rays and the hot sauce is Sriracha cut with vinegar. Do yourself a favor and go to the iron bound in Newark, pick any random restaurant and get way better rodizio for way less money.

The portions are huge; and the quality is amazing for the price they charge. I am not sure how they can stay profitable. Grilled sardines, when available, are a treat. The yellow rice with black beans is a nice combination. See menu and picture of the "Europa Shrimp", which is a very nice dish in a mildly spicy tomato sauce with onion and peppers.

Since i started working in Madison ive been looking for a good Portuguese restaurant for lunch and all i have to say about this place is Oh My God, this is Exactly what im looking for! the food is delicious and the portions are huge! the half sizes are big enough to feed 2 people! I love Portuguese food and Europa makes my food exactly how I like it!

Awesome food and great service its a family run place they are very welcoming and super friendly. dine in is a little tight not a lot of tables but the food makes it all worth it. try the beef ribs you wont regret it.

Best food. Come by often on my way home from work to PA and I am never disappointed. All the dishes are awesome. Better than the ironbound without going through the mess of going to Newark.

If you like Portuguese BBQ, go here. Only a few tables and you have to like the sound of a meat cleaver, otherwise do take out like 99% of their business.
