Very disappointed. Ive visited this Chipotle a number of times over the years. But, I went there this weekend and was very disappointed in the change in quality of the entire place (service included). All of the trash cans were spilling over to the point that the patrons had to sit their trash any where they could find a spot in the restaurant. The prices have increased, but they give you less food. I ordered a veggie childs meal, but the workers would not allow me to substitute my meat for something else. They told me each additional item would cost $1.29. This was not listed anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant. Since, I was in a hurry, I didnt have time to argue, or get the manager. I almost left everything I order right on the counter, but, the kids were starved. So, my niece had a small kids meal portion of rice, and a kids meal portion of beans. All for $6 because I couldnt substitute. It was very poor customer service and I was very disappointed in Chipotle. This was my first time going to Chipotle since all of those people got sick, and it wasnt a good experience.

Have no idea how this location has a 4.1 rating and how people saying its awesome and such. Went there to get a double chicken bowl with double rice. CLEARLY told the girl that, she did okay with the rice, but the dude who put the chicken was super STINGY!! He barely even put enough chicken for a single regular bowl. I had to tell him to put more since Im paying for double, this guy barely put half a spoon more. Then I had to tell the person next to him AGAIN to give me enough chicken, and finally it was halfway decent. Then I asked for cheese, the guy put a little bit of cheese right in the middle of my bowl. I had to remind him TWICE to put enough cheese for my bowl. Stingy with the sauce too! I have no idea why these guys give such little amount of food out, absolutely horrible experience, will NEVER go back to this stupid location, youre better off going to Menlo, atleast you get your money worth!!

Been going here since they opened at first they were fast portions were fair but now they are slow very skimpy. Staff is either very nice or just rude. Every time I come I always end up cleaning my table since its dirty, this happens weather its busy or slow. Today a staff member came to sweep under my table while I was sitting didnt even say excuse me Ill be sweeping or nothing and he hit my foot. Im not sure if they are still under same manangemnt but I know the manger that use to be here was on top of his game he was Mexican American but havent seen him around in a while. Whoever owns this franchise needs to come visit more often because its dirty a lot of the times ! Overall food is ok

Chipotle isnt a restaurant ... Its a religion! This location hews to the traditional Chipotle format, with a twist - in a college town, and a busy shopping center, its a madhouse most evenings and weekends. The line literally goes out the door at times. One may consider ordering ahead in an attempt to avoid the mayhem. But, this particular location games the system a bit, and has a tendency not to begin to prepare orders until you arrive to pick them up - which then disrupts the line and earns the scorn of the people in that line! If youre in the mood for Chipotle, brave the chaos and dive in !

I love chipotle but this location needs some serious change. The garbage cans overflow with trash, dirty tables , bugs everywhere and their portion is just awful. Ive never seen anyone going to chipotle and leaving hungry . But every time I come to this location I always have to ask them to add more rice/beans, " forget about the meat they wont give you enough for 3 bites. the worst is just the look they give each other when people ask for more !

This is the WORST chipotle I have ever been to! The lines are so long all the time that you end up waiting 30 minutes before you get to place your order. Ordering online? This is a slightly below average Chipotle. The trash tends to be full, the portions can be a tiny bit smaller, and other locations charge by a points system which this location doesnt use and would make my meal cost less (I get a vegan burrito bowl so its rice, beans, lettuce, and salsa). As a vegetarian Im used to among for things without meat or cheese and the item still not being less so its not that big of deal.

I used to go there every week. Now giving up 3 bad experiences. First time a long nail (thats right.. a 3 inch metal) in the food about a year ago. took to the store and they neither accepted or denied responsibility. I let it pass.. then 2 online recent orders were prepared incorrectly. Now I gave up.. moving on to Panera across the street

Their food is so good, you can taste the fact that its fresh. Also I saw on their website that they dont use GMO vegetables or meat thats been fed GMO vegetables. Thats a total plus! I called to ask about the online ordering and the gentleman I spoke to was really friendly. I will definitely be eating here again!

Tasteless food. I havnt been to Moes for years. I thought because they are booming and theres one near my new house, and save 30 min drive to Chipotle. It was an EPIC Fail. This place doesnt hold a candle to Chipotle! Dont waste your time and money here. Even the free chips and salsa was tasteless.

This is not a good Chipotle restaurant. Their portions are not a generous as other restaurants. The chicken is dry and over seasoned. They charged me for extra rice!! Its especially ridiculous considering that I wanted less meat. Go to another Chipotle, one that isnt so stingy.

ewww first of all chipotle doesnt offer anything except one stupid rice bowl wich i can make at home. If you want good food and a taste youll never forget try Moes it has so many more opptions and on top of it they give FREE chips and salsa!

The portions are awful. When you usually have food overflowing the bowl its a shock to see the food not come even with the top. Save your self the trouble and go to the one 10 minutes away. The food tasted a bit off as well. Leaving hungry

I placed an order on the app and apparently the order didnt go through on their end, so the manager Im assuming made my order right away and gave me a coupon for a free rice bowl, burrito, etc! Such nice people there and so accomodating!

This place has slowed down a great deal. Waited almost 30 minutes in line inside the store... They used to blow through the line. Also the quality has gone down. Just not a positive experience.
