Everytime I come here I am so disappointed with the service. The people working there are always distracted and rude, theyre either chatting with each other and not paying attention to the customers or just look like they would rather be anywhere else but there. The last time I was there, one of the workers could not fold the tortilla around my burrito (granted it was a difficult burrito to fold, the tortilla kept ripping), which in general is not a big deal at all (I told them that they can just put it in a bowl and give me a tortilla on the side), but the girl who could not fold the burrito had such an attitude, pushing the burrito aside like F this, said that shes not gonna fold this in a really nasty way, so one of her co-workers had to come tell me its too hard to fold. I am an understanding person, Ive worked in the food industry, nothing I did warranted her behavior. There were other times that Ive gone there where the people working there will talk really loud to each other and have minimal interactions with the customers, what I mean is that they will stare at the customers until they said their order (as opposed to asking them what they would like) and then joke around loudly and gossip with their coworkers. I love Chipotle and I really want to like this one since its so close to my work, but I will not be returning to this one anymore.

My vegan order: Burrito bowl, brown rice, both beans, peppers, mild and medium salsa, corn, a little lettuce, and guacamole please! Add chips if I want to eat my bowl like nachos or ask for the wrap on the side to avoid giant burrito situation. This chipotle by far has the best taste factor (I visted ones in New Brunswick, Virginia, Nevada and Maryland). There is usually a long line but its worth the wait and the only fast food option around worth eating (*cough Wendys cough eek*). The odd thing I discovered...when I come here and its near closing time the food is seasoned to perfection! My guess is (maybe) the staff is winging it in kitchen when keeping food available for late comers and seasoning it without the "official " measurement guides? Whatever happens just before closing is awesome bc that is when Ive gotten my best bowls (like 45/30 minutes before closing).

Ive been going to the Chipotle in Princeton for about 2-3 times a week since June 2014. Ive had some very good days and some very bad days. The employees sometimes spend time checking their phones or there are not enough people on line to accommodate the crowd. This past weekend on 12/26/14 I waited in line for 40 minutes. The restaurant had run out of forks and steak. I dont eat meat but the people in front of me and behind me were none too pleased. One lady threatened to contact the corporate office. I love Chipotle I really do. But...some things need to change and quickly. Not to mention the restaurant inside was filthy...Food everywhere...There was NO manager in sight. I was very displeased with this weekend. I will be going back today. Hopefully with a better outcome...

Chipotle is so good at so many other locations. But, this one gives the chain a bad name... A really bad name. I cant count how many times theyve messed up my order (even though Im right there in front of them, they somehow manage it) and then act like its my fault. Listen guy, Ive been to other chipotles before, I know tacos shouldnt have rice and beans unless I ask for it, and no, I didnt ask. The line is terrible. And the entire staff, which is nearly 25 strong every day, act like they were hired yesterday. Also, theyre ingredients simply cant be the normal standard Chipotle ingredients. Its so bad now that Im afraid I have to head to qdoba next time I want a burrito.

There are no chipotles near where I live, so when I was in the area and saw one I decided to stop by. Long lines. Walked up to the counter and when I was asked what meats I wanted in the bowl I asked "do you guys serve grilled fish?" The staff member proceeded to laugh in my face and say "thats the weirdest question Ive heard!" (Though, similar Mexican food places do have fish as a meat choice). Also, chipotle doesnt offer dipping salsa for their chips when other places do. For the 12$ I paid for a bowl, chips and a drink, I shouldve gone to another Mexican style place in the area. Chipotle is not worth all they hype.

So-so service, different people every week this place is like a revolving door. Rude staff will throw your food out if youre waiting for something, and throw it off the counter when youre ready to pay. Soda machine doesnt work half the time either. The lines are way too long, last time I was here I waited half an hour. The music is always so loud you have to yell to make your order sometimes twice for the person behind the counter to hear you. Mushy rice as well as typically ruse cashiers who would push you off the line after youre done paying if they could.

WTF? Ok, so it was my first time ever going to Chipot-hell. I dont see what the hype is all about. Food wasnt that great, beef was WAAAAAAAAY to spicy and tough and the servers messed up my order. I was with a friend, and when I got to the check out my friend said "his first time here". The cashier responded "oh, one of those" So Im writing this review a day later and Im still in the aftermath of a severe gastro intestinal earthquake, voilent purgatory and blistering hot uncontrollable farting.

Im not sure what all the ranting is about. I have gotten consistent service since they opened. And the food is always fresh & amazing. I went online to find out about them catering a biz party because our family loves this place so much. Surprised to see all the negative reviews. I like the food, the service, and the line is sometimes out the door, but I have never waited more than 15-20 min in line during a peak hour. Which Im willing to do because its so tasty.

Dont get me wrong. I love Chipotle. But this place is crazy. You have to wait an hour to get your food. And yes, I know they have an online ordering service to skip the line but here? Nope. Still takes just as long. Plus, sometimes they run out of what you want to put in your order! I can understand if that happens sometimes but frequently is just too much for a restaurant. Im going to the one in PA from now on.

I come here sometimes since its the closest. The downside is they are very stingy on their portions. Little meat and even the rice too.looks like that is what the servers are instructed to. So dont head down here If u are that hungry, You are better off going to the one in New Brunswick where u reakky get your moneys worth. Otherwise I like food from chipotle as a whole.

Chipotle has always been a favorite of mine but this location is by the far the worst. The customers are ignorant and act like they are more entitled than anyone else. The lines take WAY too long for the type of fast meal its supposed to be even if you order beforehand. This has never been a problem in any other Chipotle location Ive been too. I actively avoid this one.
