I have been going to this castles on Broadway in Newark since I can remember. It was the place to go after a night out. I think the staff is courtesy. My dog and I would often go through the drive throw. I would got him a plain burger. In White Castle style we eat along the way home throwing the boxes on the floor. When my dog passed the employees were truly emotional and concerned about me. It touched me. I felt the friendliness.

White Castle is White Castle. The food is great. But the service here sucks. Theyre extremely slow, very rude, and practically throw your food at you. The 1 time a year my bf and I want White Castle, weve vowed to make the 20+ minute ride over to the Rt17 location. At least they dont randomly close down in the middle of the day for no reason.

Food was good however the employees were very rude! I bought a homeless lady some food and after waiting for 5 cars to be served before her I said something. The employee said "eff that b*tch, and where trying to refuse to give her the food I bought when I said I will call the police , they then gave her the food. Worse experience ever..

Most of the employees are great except for the lady with the short gray hair. Steer clear if shes working! Food is great but dont expect to get loaded fries when the gray hair lady working at night! :::UPDATE::: Lady with short hair no longer works there! Woohoo! Hallelujah!

Their burgers seemed to be slightly under cooked. The cheese never seem to be as melted as it should be. The burgers are below standard for a typical WC burger. Its as if they needed to cook them 45 seconds longer.

If u have at least 30 minutes to wait then this is a great place to eat.. Their food is always fresh but they take an eternity to give you your food and the employees are super rude..

Good anytime meal just check your order before you leave. Their hot chocolate is good ! Chicken rings make for a quick snack also . Open 24 hours, so late night not a problem.
