Unfortunately, zero stars isnt an option. I tried to order food this evening. I was hung up on twice, and then the girl on the phone couldnt understand my name or phone number. Im staying at a hotel just over a mile from the restaurant with no car, and was told they dont deliver here then told that they do with a $2 delivery charge. I placed my order after all of this only to be called back 10 minutes later to be told that my food wouldnt be coming because they dont actually deliver outside their neighborhood. The food looks good, but if thats the level of service theyre providing its not worth the aggravation. My problem now is that every place else is closed that looks like its worth going to. Awesome job folks!

Burger Bound has great food. Unfortunately, not so great customer service or administration. I have waited over an hour for deliveries but I still ordered because the food was worth it. Recently, every time I call to place an order, theres always a different excuse. Either because the weather conditions arent permitting deliveries (which is totally understandable), now the excuse is that they do not deliver to our location. The website clearly states "For deliveries in Newark (Ironbound section only)" and we are located in the Ironbound. We just received food from Burger Bound a couple of weeks ago. Its a shame that their customer relations is not the same quality as their food. They have just lost a customer.

The ONLY reason I gave it 3 stars is because these burgers are delicious!! Have to give credit where credit is due. Otherwise it would be only 1 star review because THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! The guy who took the order was SO NASTY! The order was delivered 1 HOUR late!!! and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME, but today was my last draw! I really hope that the owner of this business is reading this. Would have told him in private, but the website doesnt have contact email and they dont call the owner to the phone. Too bad. As a business owner I would want to know how and why I lose customers. Complete turn off and disappointment.

Great food. I love the bean burger with truffle and parmesan cheese french fries. The food is modern and very well presented. There isnt too many places that have vegetarian burgers as delicious as these, the ONLY other good veggie burgers like these are the bean burger from smashburgers. Inside it is always very clean, the staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean and modern. It reminds me of the soda pop place from the movie back to the future.

Great food and atmosphere. Very very affordable. Cheaper than other specialty burger joints.Burgers are organic and are amazing, fries are great as well and are available in sweet potato, parmesan, etc. Love the drinks- caipirinhas being my favorite there. This place is never really packed which surprises me, I hope it thrives because it has quickly become a favorite to my wife and friends.

Please ignore Vincent above. I am a regular and was at the bar (in earshot of the phone) while he demanded his hotel order. This is THE BEST local eatery, but doesnt cater to airport hotels. The barmaid tried to make an exception for him and it wasnt possible for the delivery driver. That entitled jerk is missing out. BB is consistently delicious with exceptional service <3

Burgers and fries were good, but I asked for medium, got well done. The egg in the burger was solid, I expected the yolk to be fluid. Bun was good and fresh. Burger was 3 out of 5, probably the best one in the neighborhood for the price, but I had some way better in Poland. Staff is very friendly, and gets additional point, so overall 4 out of 5

Great environment and great food! Sunday Karaokes is excellent! I have been to a few karaokes bars/nights and this place has been the best so far. They also have a solist playing with her guitar on Saturday. She is wonderful! And is a great romantic environment. The cocktails are awesome and the service is amazing! Price is very reasonable too.

We travel from Florida to new Jersey for vacation. After asking people for a good local place to get a bite, they told me about berger bound. This place was just nothing short of awesomeness. The food was very good beautifully decorated the drinks impressive, the staff very frendly. Ill be coming here for more every chance i get!!!!

This restaurant has the potential of becoming a great burger joint, but they lose points due to staff that seems unskilled and disorganized. They have also remodeled since their pictures were last updated on Google Maps, but the remodeling really seemed to hurt the vibe. Good was OK, the avocado based sauce was nice on the burgers.

Came to NJ on vacation and wanted a good burger and we deff got it! I got the bacon cheese burger and it was to die for! Recommend to any. hands down best burger Ive had In a very long time! Love the fact thats its 100% grass fed handcrafted organic burgers! Good customer service and the ambiance is a plus!

This place is underrated, and deserves to be noticed! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The food is as good as the customer service! They also have a bar, and a Patio. You have to try as much as you can from this place. Everything Ive had so far has been great!

Ive never been here nor ate their food! Was just wondering about their bread? Although theyre vegetarian and organic that bread looks like every other fast food restaurant bread with ingredients banned in other countries! Any info would be inviting! Thnx

I love this place, and its never very full, which is a shame. Good food. Happy hour 11-6. Good service (they remembered me after Id only been here once a month before). Just an all around good neighborhood place to grab a burger

Okay food but the service was the worst. Waitress didnt know what beer or alcohol they had, food took forever to arrive, and check was delivered with a sneer. Beware the waitress with a dog tattoo on her elbow.

Very cozy, awesome food. The service slows down a bit during the summer when the patio is open, but with the great live brazilian music on Saturdays, the waiting goes unnoticed.

Great food, great drinks and reasonable prices. Burgers are good and the menu is a bit eclectic for the Ironbound. Worth a shot before or after a red bulls game for sure.
