If you want to be Harassed by Drug addicts for Money then this is the place to go and the Staff are worse u tell them its a man at the door told me if i dont want any problems to make sure i come out with thange thinking they will chase the man away or something the staff told me i should of just Punched the guy in his Mouth for talking to me that way.... what a damn Shame

Have gone there several times and have never had a problem. Sometimes they vary with time from 5 to 15 minutes but it usually because they start cooking the burgers as soon as the order is made and arent sitting there like other fast food places. Little bit of logic goes a long way.

Just waited at the drive through for 7 minutes for someone to take my order with only one car in front of me. They were abrupt and rude. 14 minutes later, I finally got my food. There were 6 ppl working. It was 3am, didnt realize that was peak hour for white castle....

Food actually comes out hot and condiments is perfectly put on..... the service is horrible! In fact I dont eat here because of the lack of respect and absolutely no cares or worries with time or attentiveness of customers needs!

Its so unsanitary and people who are on drugs are constantly in and out the bathroom and panhandling, personally,I only used the rest room to relieve myself ,but then again, the restrooms are disgusting
