Great coffee and good company make this an outstanding addition to Montclair and to Watchung Plaza. A modern and light filled cafe with a neighborhood feel, Local is an antidote to the generic Starbucks experIence. While these folks clearly care about their coffee, there isnt a hint of urban snootiness--only friendliness from behind the counter.

Finally, a Montclair cafe that makes a proper cappuccino. The best in the area, made with beans from Irving Farm. Great pastries from Balthazar. Doughnuts from Dough. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!
