Called up several times to place a take out order. Dee at the front desk was very curt and kept hanging up and disconnecting calls. Found out she does this with several other customers. She obviously does not like working at Ming and has hurt this business immensely. We tried to place a takeout order for approximately 20+ people and we could not get her to take the call. She kept rudely hanging up. We decided to go to the restaurant in frustration to talk to the owner about this misbehavior and found out she was on her personal cell phone talking - which is fine. Even after telling her multiple times that she hung up on us, she blew me away and blamed the phones. Even after she admitted she could hear me fine she did nothing and hung up once again. But this is the first place I have found that rudely hangs up on customers. Dee is the front face of the restaurant and she is the first person people talk to when coming in or placing takeouts. Want to improve the ratings of this restaurant ? Solution - move Dee to the back where she is more suited - customer service and answering phones is not her thing. Spoke to the manager and left a message for Goldie as well. I would also suggest basic courtesy and simple manners should also be taught to Dee in some form of formal training - as somehow the upbringing aspects for Dee has missed instilling this quality altogether.

I made a reservation here for my wifes birthday two days in advance. I called on the day to see if there was a possibility of some change in times. The woman on the other end making the reservation was so rude that I decided not to go there at all. She has a real attitude problem. I really had a feeling that we were going to get rude service if we go there. The restaurant needs to get some thing straight - I am the one paying for the food AND the service and they need to serve me politely or I will take my money elsewhere. and I am glad I did. After having dinner at another place where we got impeccable service and had a very wonderful time, we got a call from Ming asking us about our reservation - it was already 40 minutes past the time we had reserved for. When we told her that we would like to cancel it, she actually had the gall to say "thanks a lot for telling us". I know I should have called the cancel the reservation but I did not want to speak to the rude staff again and this is no way to behave. I dont know if the whole crew has such a unfriendly behavior towards customers but my little brush with their service has made sure that I am never going there ever.

I love any variation of Indian or Chinese food and this place definitely did not disappoint. Although it is a little expensive, you get a good amount of food for the price. Between four people, we were all more than full with three entrees and one noodles side dish. We ordered Vegetable Manchurian, Chicken Manchurian, Hot Chili Garlic Chicken and Vegetable Hakka Noodles. The service was very quick but without sacrificing the quality of the food. I just wish it was a little more spicy. The menu denotes items that are "spicy" and "extra spicy" and we even requested for one of the extra spicy items to be made spicier but it was still pretty mild in my opinion. Otherwise the ambiance is very relaxing and trendy. Really good for a romantic/intimate date night or a group outing.

The hostess was curt. The waiter was smiling and nice but seemed rushed. We could not ask what he would recommend as he would just peek his head to ask if we were ready and run away. Noticing that it is hard to get an eye contact to flag the waiter we placed the order for drinks and dinner immediately when he stopped by the second time. The food arrived 1.5 hrs later. The service was not smooth. We got our dinner plates and had to wait for another 15 min till they finally brought the food. The shrimp with sherry sauce was bland. The lamb was decent. Cannot speak for desert as we could not stay there any longer than two hours. Will not go there again and would not recommend.

It is a good thing that the food here was excellent because we were not planning on eating here! The restaurant complex was completely hidden and difficult to find. We had initially called to make a reservation for Mehndi, the Indian restaurant in the same complex. When we got there, we realized that she had made our reservation for another restaurant in the complex, Ming II, since Mendhi was closed. Apparently, the phone numbers are the same... it was very strange! We decided to eat here anyway after taking a look at the menu. The service was just average, but the food was absolutely delicious, and we were very pleasantly surprised!

This was a strange place. There are multiple restaurants all with the same lobby and waiting area. It was unclear at first what to do when we arrived since there was no staff. When someone finally came we were seated. It took only a few minutes to realize that the music being played was the same song on an infinite loop. It was horribly annoying and impossible to ignore once you notice. The service was quick and efficient. Our water glasses were always full. The food was ok, nothing special. I found it odd that rice was not included with $20 entrées and needed to be purchased separately. The music would probably keep me from going back.

I work right next door and I dont think anyone ever goes here. I was trying to ask around and see if it was good, but nobody has really gone here and the people who have said they dont like it. I went in and the place was dead. There was not one person inside. I wasnt sure if they were even open or not. I passed them up. Its more of a dinner place rather than a lunch spot. Odd because it is right in the midst of a bunch of office towers. They def need something better in this location. There are much better places for dinner in Morristown.

Gorgeous interior.....Nice bar.....a good place to spend the evening with friends.....But when it comes to Indian Chinese food its horrible......The cook doesnt know anything abt Indian Chinese food it seems.....The only thing you can try over here is Hot n Sour soup....Go beyond that on your own risk !! I am a great fan of Indian Chinese fusion food.Ming II just pours cold water on all the excitment of eating Indian Chinese in US !!

Loved the place and the food was really good. Service is somewhat limited, and I have seen other reviewers complaining about it. I went for a Valentines date so I guess the restaurant was packed and service was slow, but I think this could be improved.
