I went to Tiffs in Morris Plains with a friend Feb. 25, 2017 for a bite to eat. We split the bill with 2 credit cards. The receipts came back for us to sign which was correct so we both signed out receipts. A couple days later I noticed on my bank statement I got charged the Total Charge. I called my friend and they also got charged the Total Charge. I called Tiffs and the manager told me oh yes she is looking at both our receipts and they will credit our account. A few days later I checked with my bank and there was no credit pending. I called back the manager and she asked me to send my bank statement proving I was not credited. I did. Heard nothing back so called and asked to speak with someone over the manager. That would be Steven or Roel. They never called me back after 2 calls to them. They completely ignored the calls. If they treat customers like this...just imagine how they really care about your food.

Was here last week in a group of about 6, all burgers were asked to be cooked medium and they came out rare and very greesy (and run out by kitchen staff which was strange). I had also ordered a app and when everyone else came out my didnt but I waited then 20 mins I finally said something and the waitress looked at me like 5 heads THEN when all the food came out it took another 5-10 for mine to come out. Wasnt pleasant going in wasnt pleasant coming out (very upset stomach the night of). Only reason for giving at least one star is because it was a beautiful restaurant but sadly with poor food and service.

Very reliable for baby-back ribs. They use a nice barbeque sauce - not overkill. Service usually pretty quick. Cornbread good. Fries are good as are the mashed potatoes. Reliable. If you are looking for anything else or fancy, stay away. Would be nice if they offered a St. Louis rib also. Very unreliable for other stuff, but definitely a place to go for a nice rack of ribs. By one, get one free Wednesdays is an excellent bargain! Can get noisy as the accuostics arent that good and the noise from the active bar really does spill into the dining area.

Unsure about Tiffs. Sunday football at the bar and just had a dew appetizers with friends and drinks. Service at first was great but then became inattentive and had to flag them down to order again. Wings were supposed to be hot but they werent and were kind of dry and tasteless. Three cheese quesadilla. . Not sure how anyone can mess it up but wasnt very hot and the tortillas were over floured. Sigh. On the good side. . Onion rings were hot and not greasy. Might give them another chance... but we have a lot more to check out.

Went for a weekday lunch; found the service too slow for an hour lunch break. We were a table of three, and ordered simple lunch sandwiches. Although the food was good, the server didnt keep drinks full and we were late back to the office. If you have time to kill, check out Tiffs.

I eat here a lot and have yet to be disappointed. It is always good some how. A really well managed restaurant. I like the meatloaf, ribs, panninis. They have specials and is a great go to family neighborhood restaurant.

The food here is amazing. I have yet to have a bad meal here. Tuesday nights is Trivia night and very well done. Good atmosphere in the dining room for families as well as at the bar if you are looking to catch a game.
