Dirty & disappointing. There was butter and pancake on floor and no one seemed interesed in cleaning it up. I have been at this restaurant three time (just to give them benefit of doubt), but the quality of food was consistently average, hit and miss with the waitress, and the manager did not seem to care if we complained at all. I am retired Military and the manager did not seem to care when I complained that I was not receiving dicount in combination with my kid eating free. VERY disrespectful towards me and the Military in general. Did not seem to care when I told him "you are willing to lose a customer over $4.99." He said "so what."

Havent stopped here since a few years back when we got seated and nobody acknowledged us for a good 20 minutes. So we left . Decided to give them another shot last night because it was conveniently located, We got seated and someone came and took our drink order right away ( coffee and a water) though it took 15 minutes to get to us. It took another 20 minutes for someone to come back to take our order. We didnt want to invest another hour just for pie. Staff wasnt unfriendly but the wait time is ridiculous

We are locals, and LOVE our Newburgh NY Perkins. Really friendly staff Great menu, and when a mistake was made it was corrected very fast. Even though the place is always packed [so my opinion isnt the only superlative one] they get you in rather fast. a LOT faster than some of the places around here who act as if they are doing you a favor. Thank You Perkins, well keep coming back :-) Be sure to try the spinach pepper jack omelet with bacon and toast on the side. Dont forget a Strawberry milkshake :-)

Not hot not cold food. Staff was a waste of time. Order food and got the wrong sides. Texas should kick there ass for saying there 2 from Texas. It was just able to eat it. Management was on the phone the whole time. He was looking for property. I know this because I was across the room and could hear him. Its my falt for going out on a Saturday at 7 and looking for a place to eat. I will never go to one again. This was my first and only.

I love going to Perkins. The food is pretty good and it is typically a friendly environment. My last visit to this location was on Fathers day. It was very busy and the service was a little slow, but it was to be expected on Fathers Day. Everything was great until I went to use a 20% off coupon that they emailed me and the manager told me I couldnt use it until 4 p.m. Happy Fathers Day to me!

Coodos to the staff at Perkins. Especially Ms. Annie. My husband just came back from having eye surgery and wanted a pot pie. But we couldnt stay because the lighting was so bright. Ms. Annie seated us on the side and turned all the lights off and pulled the shades down. How awesone is that? Now that is hospitality. Thank you so much. Oh and the food is always good.

Had breakfast here with a decent sized group. One person has eggshells (and not tiny pieces) in his eggs. Two others had eggs that tasted ONLY of butter. I had turkey bacon that was so greasy I couldnt eat it, even after blotting it with three napkins. Management didnt really say much either. Pretty bad food. Pretty bad service.

I love this place for breakfast. Delicious food, friendly staff and always a treat. Have never tried it for lunch or dinner, but the menu looks reasonably priced. There is no better place though for breakfast.

Im very angry the food was horrible....We ordered the rajin cajun... it comes with spaghetti shrimp sausage and chicken.. only problem is there where no shrimp??? Never ever ever ever going here again....
