I was very excited to order from here, because I was at home sick and I thought some healthy juice would be perfect. Manager calls to let me know that they are out of kombucha - thats fine. Order made at 2:29pm, supposed to arrive between 3:35-3:45. Still not here at 4:00. Tried calling the restaurant - got the answering machine. Left 2 messages. Finally called Seamless, who couldnt get a hold of the manager and "no one else knows whats going on." Finally had to cancel my order at 4:45. Now Im at home, sick, and hungry. Thanks for nothing, Groov.

Juice was good and wrap was good but upon entering the cafe for the first time and no customers were in there I was not greeted with a smile nor with an attempt to help me find the menu. My first impression upon entering the cafe was this is a cute place but the person behind the counter gave me a negative impression. Usually these places are light in spirit and very welcoming as it should have a positive energy put out opposed to a wall like energy. Hope this helps. I dont like giving negative reviews but this was my first impression.

Great wrap made fresh from local ingredients. It has a nice small-town community vibe to it, and they have music here a couple of times per month. I had the Asana House Wrap and it was delicious. Also had a Mixed Berry Smoothie that was good, not great. I was just grabbing some food for pickup and it took quite a while to make (which makes sense). Next time Ill just call ahead.

Always excited to walk in here to get my coffee and see whos inside. Everyone is super friendly and cool, theres a very organic vibe. Groove Master Greg is the man and always greets you with a smile or a hug if you need one and the beautiful brittany concocts my coffee just right. Definatly one of my new favorites!!!! While the service time can vary, the quality of what you get is always good to excellent. The vibe can vary quite a bit, too. But at the least, its always welcoming. Best green juice in Montclair and, maybe Essex County. Coffee is better than other places, too. Full disclosure, Ive not tried the other food.

I used to work in a professional kitchen and this is a step above in flavor and simplicity. The owner was a really funny character. He made me feel like I was at my uncles house enjoying a homemade breakfast. If you are looking for a good healthy bite then stop by here for a great time.

Groove Cafe, is Montclairs Best Kept Secret!..It is laid back with a Los Angeles, twist! The food is vibrant and amazingly yummy, just like the owner Greg! I had a sweet potato black-bean veggie burger, no bun with a wonderful green salad and freshly hand-cut french fries.

Its a home away from home with delicious food! Ingredients are organic! Fresh juices and smoothies made to order ;-) great place to bring friends to hang out or to come get work done with its comfortable atmosphere. I choose his over Starbucks every time.

The juice I bough was good but the service is terrible limit rude and the opening hours are not convenient 10am (to late I am already at work) to 5pm (coming back from work).
