The staff is as stiff as a board, not once do the cashiers smile. They NEVER ask me for my rewards card, or what I want as a side... I have to tell them and you can tell it annoys them that I dont want the generic bread loaf for my side. I ask for a specific combo each time, and 9 out of 10 times its wrong. Its just asking for certain things not on my sandwich, and no cheese or croutons on top of my soup(allergies) and its always wrong. I do enjoy their food when its correct but I usually end up waiting for a new tray every time.

Obviously the menu and layout of most Paneras are similar, however, the location of this particular one in a strip mall rather than a free standing building (or even a corner type location) make the inside layout a little less inviting. They seem to run out of items frequently. Several times I have gone in for bread-bowls of soup - which is a signature item for Panera - and they have not had any left.

Spacious. This be the most lit panera ever. Pros. Expensive food and great drinks and great dessert. No long wait in line you order from kiosk or at cashier for folks who are not tech savvy. Cons. Expensive food and sticky floors. I spent $13.80 for whole chicken avocado southwestern melt and small bowl mac and cheese. No drink. I highly recommend getting those items

Workers are so sweet food is delicious but one of the managers if i remember her name correctly is Fraisa she is so rude to her employees and makes it very obvious she abuses her authority towards them i would never let my daughter work their knowing the managers their treat them the way they do.

Great quality food for health conscious people, and the customer service is wonderful! I wanted to do a You Pick Two of two different salads and I was told by the manager hed allow it :) Overall, always a pleasant and lovely experience every time I go, for the past couple years now.

Aside from astronomical pricing for sandwiches n soup this place is delicious. Never had anything i disliked and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish it was more quiet though. Wayne locals are highly obnoxious

Standard Panera location, friendly staff and fast service. Parking is a bit of challenge as the strip mall this Panera is located is consistently packed. Otherwise great place for a quick bite or a coffee.

The service is good, however the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today I had to buy a second Mac and Cheese for my girl. The portion was half the size of what it used to be.
