The here isnt that amazing plus, its rather expensive. I tried many Chinese / Japanese places around this area and this is rather in the middle. Its expensive but doesnt serve high quality food. They think they serve quality over quantity, but sadly not. The quality isnt that superb and I rather take my money else where because I rather fill up my stomach instead having nothing inside without breaking my bank.

In my impression, Bamboo has been only Japanese restaurants, when my family and I came here last Friday, only to find that there are a lot of rich food, in addition to the sushi is fresh, the taste of Chinese food is also very good, light oil and very tasty, here they have few sichuan food that tastes very good.

This is my first time coming to Bamboo. I really like the food here. I got the blue crab avocado for appetizer. It was great, the blue crab was fresh, and with the special sauce that comes with it, its just great. The service was was good also.The atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely coming next time.

This place is a slightly easier restaurant to be ignore by the community, I live near for so long and I never even went in there to check out their food. Last week I went to this restaurant for the first time, the rich and delicious cuisine here made me surprised. This is a very good restaurant.

Bamboo is best Asian restaurant in northern New Jersey. We love everything about it. The food is always fresh & varied; from sushi to walnut shrimp. The owners are very gracious & welcoming. The service is always good & willing to please. Highly recommend Bamboo.

Standard Asian fusion/sushi joint with your standard California rolls, spicy tuna rolls, dumplings, etc. They have coupons in all the coupon mailers that land in your mailbox, so never pay full price. Also its BYOB, so bring your own booze.

This is a place worth going. The sashimi here is fresh but not expensive, Special Roll have an very delicious taste. Occasionally I try sichuan cuisine here. I am a very picky about food but the food here, I cant find any problem to it.

Horrible restaurant. Delivery took 2 hours and telephone attendant couldnt even say sorry. They said I will get 15% off next time but thank you. I just want todays meal.
