Worst Restaurant Ever!! I should of knew something was up when they had no spare rib tips!! Really??? I ordered from the printed menu on the counter, fried rice and chicken wings. I showed the guy who took my order what I wanted from the menu.. When food was ready, I went to pay. It was more money then the menu stated. Like $1 more. He said prices changed and they need a new menu.. thats false advertisement. If he knew the prices were different he should have told me. Thats deceitful. Food was awful. Fried rice was not even fried rather it looked like they added coloring to it, to give it a brown color. Chicken wings tasted old and not fresh. Food was also very salty. I hope this places closes down because they are dishonest because of there prices and the food taste horrible.

Ive ordered a variety of foods and it has always been decent, rice is clumpy sometimes. Delivery is about 45 minutes for 3-4 menu items and I live 3 miles away. Very rude woman with poor customer service skills answers the phone most of the time. She rushes you off the phone and yells to the staff loudly in Cantonese while taking your order. Ive ignored her attitude in the past but now Ive discovered a new place with better quality food, more variety in the menu, and excellent customer service. Ts Ma in Montclair!! I will never give Lotus my business again nor will I recommend them.

This is the BEST Chinese food I have EVER ate! They make their own food and its Delicious. I moved from W. Orange and now live in Edison. I drive back to Lotus every time, I want to eat Chinese food. Youll never eat any where else. <3

The combo plate had no flavor...garlicy too and i didnt order anything with garlic. Eggroll was all dough.
