today I had a very bad experience with manager. I had a card of EB high school where I am supposed to get a free beef taco with any order. When I first tried this one manager told me that you can make single order to get one free entry for each order. To get the advantages I do more than one order for more item. This is the way a good manager can woo a customer by helping how she or he can be benefited. So, like other day I told the desktop lady to make one order for chalupa and another order for cheesy fiesta. The lady by mistake made one order and they give me one taco for free. When asked the Desktop lady / ordering lady told sorry but the manager who is a black woman very rudely explained me that this is what we do for everybody. I argued with her that I have taken previously. She asked that you have one order and I told she made it ...I asked for two order. I asked for manager and she said I am the Manager and tell the desktop lady not to do anything. I have hardly seen a rude, stubborn and customer unfriendly manager like this. It is not a bout a free taco but how you handle the customer. Moreover she overlooked the mistake of their staff and ignored my demand.I have dealt with other manager before but this one is really incredible!She was trying to explain me again and again the same thing as I am a fool. i did not want a create a scene but came back to write a review.

Easily the worst taco bell in the area hands down, but its the closest one to me so Ive given them chance after chance. The staff has always been nice enough but the service leaves a lot to be desired considering how slow it usually is or the occasional incorrect order. Multiple times Ive gone later at night and the wait is ridiculous with only a handful of cars in the drive thru and zero movement for 5, 10, even 15 minutes. The last time i tried going later in the afternoon just for a frozen drink and the drive thru screen/speaker are not working so i drive to the window for the guy to tell me the machine for the freezes is broken. Ill be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to another taco bell from now on.

hated the place. i ordered through their mobile app since the promo is order online to skip the line. i went in 30 minutes after i placed the order on the phone, they said they still didnt have me in the system and that i would have to wait until my order pops up in the system. they made ne wait 15 minutes after which they were finally able to see my order. another 15-20 minutes to get my order ready. there were around 5-6 people who came after me who got their order ready before me! they skipped me when instead i had gone in the hope to skip the line... horrible experience and the longest i have waited at taco bell for my order.. it seemed i was waiting for food at a proper dine in restaurant!!!

Its a Taco Bell, a trip to gastroenterological heaven. Cmon ... you know whats gonna happen. But you go in anyway, like lemmings to the sea. Milltown is one of those places without a lot of culinary diversity to begin with. After 9 or 10pm, those choices become radically constrained. By midnight, your choices become a choice ... Taco Bell, or starvation. Choose wisely!

Well you see, I was with my friends and we just wanted some Tbell, so we got here and ordered like normal patrons. Then it took as long as it took the Titanic to sink to get our food. Like I could have had a child raised it and sent it off to college by the time I got my food. In fact I wrote this whole thing waiting on line. It took forever.

Possibly the worst experience I have every had with Taco Bell. Overly staffed with unnecessary waits and its doesnt help with an unfriendly staff. Though this one is close to my area, I would much rather drive several towns over to get to Taco Bell, if I ever wanted it again.

The cashier wasnt friendly she had a huge hickey on her neck and when I ordered, I asked for extra cheese on my loaded potato griller. I didnt get extra cheese I barely got any cheese at all and it was only on one side of my griller. Very disappointed will not be going back.
