2/18/2016 13:59 Sale #46535333, Employee #390 Fast food? NOT!!! Im used to a wait whenever i go to this particular White Castle #090041, but today was unacceptable. I arrived at the drive-thru, and was told "Ill be right with you." The intercom was not turned off and there seemed to be a lot of confusion going on. I should have left at that point. I waited anywhere from 5-7 minutes to place my order. Once I placed my order and proceeded to the window to pay and get my order, there was another 5 minute wait. Once there, I was presented with the wrong order. So, AGAIN I WAIT. I think I spent about 15 minutes total. After getting back to my destination to eat (sriracha shrimp and cheeseburger), what a disappointment. The cheeseburger was crunchy, and no it was not the pickles. I think someone must have left the burgers unattended because my cheeseburger was crunchy. The onions and burgers itself were overcooked. I guess in an attempt to get my order out to me they rushed in cooking the shrimp. They were not fully cooked. The breading on the shrimp was pasty and they were not drained; very greasy. Also, there were burnt pieces of something in the bottom of the box. I would have returned, but I had already wasted too much time.

This is the worse location Ive been to yet. The service is crappy, any order takes 15 to 20 minutes. And pls dont complain or inquire about the time.... they are rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. This is my very last time going here. Horrible just horrible experience. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star.

The shrimp were burnt and gummy I ordered a sack and I basically got crumbs of shrimp in a bag smh. Next I got a sack of onion rings some were undone and my fries were burnt it was like they cooked them in old ass grease just the worst service ever and I wont return.

Didnt have a bad experience. I went through the drive-thru. It was rainy, so i expected to get my food faster than normal since there was nobody inside. The only issue was that they forgot to give me napkins. =( -1 star for that.

This is a very good store its clean they have a very good team you may have to wait 2-3mins but they make every minute waiting okay thank you White Castle
