Today was the worst service ever. Consequently, I was being serviced by owner and he was rude! Its a franchise so the ingredients are often standard and consistent which to me is perfect when you have identified your particular sandwich and/or combination. Anyway, I purchased a peanut butter cookie, which was so hard that it was almost inedible, which I voiced. The owner then told me that most people prefer burnt cookies, umm ok, but I dont! He said he was the owner and didnt care about my opinion and refused me options. But the kicker is before this he struggled to create my sub the way I wanted. FYI- I ask him to spread my rotisserie chicken across the bread instead of it piled in one area.The crazy thing is that this is the first time I seen this owner, as I have been eating here 2x a week for about 3months...I wont be returning there another subway with better parking about 5minutes away.

Wheat bread was old n stiff i know it was not made today.. Ill never go here again..When i go to this subway they never have baked or kettle cooked chips.. like what the hell im trying to eat healthy n they only have fat chips .. N they only have diet coke the rest of the fountain drinks are all loaded with sugar.. One young hispanic girl is very unproffesional n they are very slow..n the price is higher than other subways.. They didnt even have apple slices!! This location is not like the whitehouse station nj one they have all types of baked n kettled cooked chips bread is so good n they have sugarfree minute maid lemonade ..

I walk by subway when Im in plainfield and I seldom see customers in the place but two each its own.... They are very high and it doesnt make sense.... The establishment is on front st in Plainfield where you look around and OMG youre either in Mexico ,Peru prying eyes staring at you I dont feel safe because of all these men hanging around running up to cars, trucks whatever stops not just one man but a slew of them and this is where they open these places at..... Not good at all.... You have to watch your back...... Its very

Let this be your warning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Flies flying around on the food and condiments. Unsanitary conditions behind counter. Lack of cleanliness by employees. Spend your money at another subway or restaurant where customers are valued.

Nice place. Good food. They need a few more employees tho. The girl was there all by herself even at peak times. My subs were good tho.
