I went to Potbelly in Paramus at Bergen Town Center for the first time on 11/11/16. My experience was nothing short of amazing! The kindness of the staff is truly one of a kind! I felt welcome and comfortable and my food was delicious! Oh and not to mention, I was proposed to that same night right outside of the restaurant - so Potbelly will forever be a part of my life! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will DEFINITELY be back!

First time here. Love the local decor, and the food was fantastic. Grilled chicken sandwich was great, as was the chili. Meaty with great heat balance. Only negative I can find is that the sandwich size is a little on the small side. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall I loved it and will definitely be back

$3.50 delivery charge? $5.40 for 12 oz of canned soup? Im still hungry, and I couldve gotten more food, better quality and for a lot cheaper. The sandwiches are skimpy as another customer stated. Never ordering from here again.

Good sandwich for the money. Much better then any Subway. They do use precut meats to make their sandwich, but I think that they slice the meat in the store. They toast the sandwich and have plenty of condiments to add on top.

Good (but not great) sandwiches. Their cookies and pickles are also quite good. Not too busy and the staff is very nice and helpful. Good quick lunch spot if youre shopping in the area.
