I wish I could give this place ZERO stars because they do not even deserve one star. I was visiting my parents and offered to pick up food for them since this place is on the way to their house. My mother called to place the order with the woman who answered the phone. Then, my mother said how she wanted to pay by credit card over the phone and use the ten percent off coupon on the restaurant website, and the woman put a rude man on the phone who said I would have to show the coupon when I got there. He then hung up on the phone on her. She called back so that she could give her credit card information. The man said he would give the ten percent this time, but next time I would need to show the coupon. My mom called me ten minutes later as I was already at the restaurant to tell me this. I waited in the car for five minutes and then went inside. There was a man in front of me in line, and I waited for another ten minutes while he placed his order with the man my mom spoke to on the phone. When the woman who works there got off the phone, I told her my moms phone number for the order. The woman said the order was not ready yet. I went over to get some duck sauce and mustard while I waited for the order to be ready. Right in front of the customer in front of me and the customer behind me, the rude man my mom spoke with on the phone yelled over to me across the counter, "Do you have the thing?" I asked, "What thing?" He said, "The ten percent off coupon!" I explained that the coupon was on their website and I could show it on my phone, but that I was picking up the order for my mom and did not have a physical copy with me. He screamed back at me, "No! I cant have everyone in here telling me this without the coupon! Then, I should just close! Ill give it to you this time, but next time, you cant do this!" I said, "There wont be a next time!" He kept going on and on and on yelling at me that they should just close because of the ten percent off. I agreed with him that he should close. I then said it wasnt worth my blood pressure and to cancel the order. He screamed at me that he would void the order. I threw the duck sauce and mustard back in the container and left. I guess it was more worth it to him to lose over 30 dollars for the entire order than to lose the three that was the ten percent off. A person like this certainly does not deserve to have a business. That is certainly no way to treat a customer, especially in front of other customers!! I hope they cancelled their orders, too! This was unbelievable. My blood pressure got so high and I cried from this. All over greasy, salty, disgusting, MSG filled Chinese food. Who needs the hassle? It was much better eating the chicken marsala I had made the night before and had left over. Think again before coming to this hellhole.

Charged me 13 bucks for sweet and sour shrimp. Claims it only came in large. The large wasnt that large, and I enjoyed the sweet and sour I got for 8 bucks last week way more than I did from here.
