Ive been a customer for a while of Anthony Francos, Ive dine in and ordered out. They need to improve on their waitress skills, theyre very rude and last time my family and I had a non Pleasant experience. The vegetables in my salad werent fresh, they were slimy. We asked for lemon wedges, the waitress hand pick them (no gloves or tongs) the lemons were slimy too. (I returned them and never got fresh ones). When I returned the salad I notice that they had an attitude because of my complaint. Im sure this would not had happened if Joe (manager) was there. My opinion is that they need to tighten up a lil. I dont think we will be visiting again for a while.

Past few orders Ive places have come horrendous but heres the latest. My family and I placed a moderately large order and the only good food that came was the cold Italian hero and the cobb salad. Pizza was barely warm and I ordered a CHIPOTLE chicken sandwich with an extra side of chipotle ranch dressing in case the sauce on the sandwich itself wasnt enough. What came was a cold and plain chicken cutlet sandwich and my side order of sauce was PLAIN RANCH. Talk about not giving a crap about paying attention to an order

Ordered a small pizza and calzone and the pizza came so cold we had to heat it up in the oven. When we called to complain in the middle of complaining the person put us on hold and never came back. We order often from them and they just lost a customer. COLOMBOS is around the corner,they delivery and will get our business now. Had the girl on the phone not been so unprofessional wed may consider them again. However, they havent been consistent with their food, quality is cheaper, so this was the final chance.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Rude staff and manager. Ordered bunch of stuff for delivery and I must say besides the food being tasteless I had ordered just a plain penne with vodka sauce. It came with prosciutto. Called the store back and asked for another one since we dont eat meat and the manager was extremely rude. Did not want to hear what I had to say.. They said order another one but would have to pay for it.. Extremely rude and unprofessional. WILL NEVER ORDER AGaIN.

Im a bit disappointed at least in the delivery capabilities. We ordered a pepperoni pie and got olives instead. It is clearly the fault of the restaurant and not the delivery person. When we called back and explained, the girl got confused again and said she would bring us a pie with mushrooms! This girl needs to be fired. We had to wait another 30 minutes. You would think this would be a simple request but apparently not. Youre best bet is to go pick up at Franks Pizza.

well as a rule the food here is very good , but i would stay away on friday nights...so far any friday night we have eaten there the food is horrible.. pizza like cardboard and calamari that is so over cooked we had to throw it out you could not chew it . was very disappointed maybe a different cook on fridays i dont know. but as i said normally during the rest of the the food has always been great

My husband ordered pizza for delivery on Friday to my kids school to celebrate her birthday. They delivered it on Wed instead and claimed that they didnt catch the Friday part. No apology, only offered me "discount" if I order again for Friday. Why would I ever order again?

I used to order pizza here all the time since they deliver. Was my favorite place to get pizza. All of a sudden the pizza stared tasting like a dirty dish rag. After a half dozen or so such orders I found a new place and will never order from here again.

I liked them well enough until they just ... didnt show up. After an hour and a half I called but they were then closed. And they charged me for my non-existent pizza, too. * They refunded me the next day.

The food is good but can never get an order right if you plan on takeout. Four weeks in a row I had to wait for them to fix my order. Definitely will be looking for a new pizza place.
