Sometimes good- sometimes not! its really a crapshoot when you come here as to whether you will get a really good burger and service or the bottom of the barrel. Some of the staff is extremely friendly and really happy to serve you and happy to fix something the way it should be. BUT, some of the staff could care less whether you came or went and you can tell theyre just working there to occupy space. Really if you dont want to work there then dont dont take it out on the customers. Management is lacking also there are several times I have gone that they have been out of buns or out of hamburger come on guys its a hamburger place how smart do you have to be to order enough hamburger. A piece of paper on the door that says sorry ran out of hamburger at 6:30 in the evening with the doors locked but the the open sign still brightly-lit makes no sense at all.

SmashBurger DOESNT really stay open till 10 p.m., i.e., not holding the hours as officially stated. They closed whenever the heck they feel like, or need to, on Thursdays - which is disappointing for THE VARIOUS CUSTOMERS We OBSERVED who came to grab a burger at 9 50 P.M, finding they were shut down right in their tracks. ..ppl counting on the companys hours to be honored and consistent". But again - theyre not a reliable eatery on that aspect, so come earlier in the evening. Or choose better! (It starts with a W).

I love this place. My fiancé and I went to eat here today and everything we ordered was excellent. The burgers were juicy and delicious. At one point while we were eating the cook came out and asked each table if their food was ok and I thought that was nice. But my favorite thing about this place is that they got their portions right, theyre big enough to fill you up for quite a long time but not soooooo big that you cant finish it. A+++++

The burgers and fries were delicious. However, they were initially out of bacon (and told us so), and then later had to refund our shakes because they were also out of milk. Either we did not receive the receipt or they did not give it to us, which made the process needlessly complicated. We found that out after asking due to the long wait time - they didnt come out and tell us. The service was otherwise fast and moderately friendly.

Really enjoy the burgers here having tried Shake Shack, 5 Guys, Bobby Flays, and Mooyah. I think its because the staff are helpful and patient and you can always find deals in flyers and online. Burgers are very good and not greasy. Smash fries are my fav! Dont forget to do survey to get a free side on your next trip. Only thing they can do is put prices on the menu you get at the door cause you can order a lot and price can be $$

Food is as good as has been stated - but - the achilles heel for this place is clumsiness in and around the points of sale and pick up ... yeah, might as well mention the permanent bottleneck living at the milkshake counter. Cmon guys, people arent going to enjoy picking up a burger and waiting another 20 minutes for their shake. Iron out the wrinkles and youve got the premiere burger joint in the area.

My first trip to a smashburger was terrific. The burger selection is incredible. I had the buffalo burger with blue cheese and the buffalo fries, and the kids had a kids cheeseburger. Service was very fast, and the food was great. We left with lots of left over fries. The buffalo fires were tasty, but there were too many of them. Next trip I will get the normal fries, or just steal some form the kids.

The food was excellent! Waited quite some time for 2 milkshakes. Had to get in the order line to inquire, only to be told that they were out of milk. Then it is back to the table for the receipt and back in the long order line to get a refund for the 2 shakes ($9.00). It would have been nice to have been told initially about the apparent shortage of milk. I will not be going there again.

The burgers are top notch here. They are juicy and unique. The New Jersey burger was fantastic, and the large order of fries (rosemary and olive oil!) could easily feed four people. I have never had a bad experience here. They also serve milkshakes (although I havent tried them, myself).

Burgers are nothing special at all, as thin as fast food burgers, but way more expensive. Complete ripoff, if you want something quick thats not fast food just go to five guys. Both are overpriced, but if youre going to spend the money just get five guys

Awesome food.. Their Smash Fries are out of the world!!! Try the Spicy JalapeÑo Baja.... You wont regret it.. Grilled chicken patties are better than fried!!! You will go back for more!!!
