I went here expecting a full sit-down restaurant. I settled for the fast food style counter service. The menu is smaller, they do not carry my favorite milkshake. I also ordered a cheesy cheddar burger, which is delicious at any other Steak n Shake. At this one, it was a nasty double with topping all over it and barely any cheese. It did not taste anything like I had at other restaurants. Quite disappointing. Also, a guy working there went around asking who ordered what, since they could not find the customer who ordered a meal. Pretty sad.

The Frisco melt was great with an excellent sourdough bread. The fries were decent - crispy and not too greasy. My boyfriend thought the burger was OK and not anything spectacular. I was really disappointed with the shakes however. I got cookies and cream and there was just an odd aftertaste. I couldnt finish it. My boyfriend thought the same thing about his vanilla one.

Ordered on line. Was charged an up charge for flavored fries. When I went to pick up they said they didnt have seasoning. No big deal it was only a couple of dollars. But I specifically wanted ordered both of my sons burgers with no mayo. Totally ignored the request, it was literally oozing with mayo.

Ordered 3 original burgers. 1 with lettuce tomato and ketchup ONLY.1 with everything. 1 with everything but fried onions instead of raw. What we got was. 3 burgers with EVERYTHING. 2 of them with fried onions. Wasnt too happy. Not the end of the world but did not get what was ordered at all.

Cold burgers. Sloppy construction of the sandwich. Understaffed. Got multiple customers orders wrong while I was there. I didnt get my food until after my group was done eating there, even though I ordered before them. Wont be making a trip out to this place anymore.

This is a small Steak-n-Shake, it had a limited menu, but I think it was a better quality than some of the others Ive been to. The employees were very nice and the time it took to get the burger was reasonable. I will return again.

Very small fries portion, burger was good but not 5 guys good, vanilla shake was thick (I prefer) but a really bad aftertaste which another table also noted. Do not eat here!
